2023년 2월 조기졸업 신청 안내
1. 조기졸업 자격 요건
1) 총 6학기 이상을 이수한 자로서 졸업에 필요한 모든 요건을 충족하는 자
2) 계절학기를 포함하여 취득한 모든 교과목을 통산한 성적의 평량평균이 3.75 이상인 자
2. 조기졸업 제외 대상:
1) 의학,치의학,약학,건축학(5년제) 학생
2) 편입생
3) 학사경고 기록이 있는 학생
3. 신청 기간: 2022. 9. 14.(수) ~ 9. 20.(화) 17:00까지
4. 신청 방법: 조기졸업신청원(소정 양식 첨부)을 작성하여 학사지원팀(언더우드관 B101호)으로 제출
5. 유의사항
1) 조기졸업 신청자는 수료 상태로 남을 수 없음
2) 졸업요건을 충족하였으나, 조기졸업신청을 취소하는 경우 반드시 다음 정규학기에 한 과목 이상 수강하여야 함
3) 조기졸업신청자는 졸업학기의 계절제에 개설되는 사회봉사, 현장실습 등 외부자가 평가자가 되는 교과목을 수강할 수
없음4) 1~3전공, 연계전공, 부전공, 마이크로전공 등 본인 해당 전공을 반드시 기입할 것
Early Graduation Application Period for February 2023 Graduation
1. Requirements for early graduation:
1) Students who completed a minimum of 6 semesters in total and satisfy graduation requirements
2) A cumulative of GPA is 3.75 or above (on 4.3 scale)
* A cumulative of GPA is calculated based on all courses that had been registered.
2. Restrictions
1) Students from Department of Architecture(5 year course), College of Medicine, College of Dentistry, College of Pharmacy
2) Transferred students
3) Students who have a record of academic warning
3. Application period: September 14 (Wed) ~ September 20 (Tues) 5 p.m.
4. Submission: Fill out the application form (attached the file) and submit it
to the Academic Support Team (#B101, Underwood Hall)
5. References
1) Early Graduates cannot remain in the state of 「Completion of Course」.
2) Students who cancel the application for early graduation must enroll next semester even if they completed all requirements for graduation.
3) Students who have applied for early graduation cannot enroll subjects such as Volunteer Service, Field Practice in this 2022 winter semester.
