2021학년도 1학기 신촌캠퍼스 생활관 입사 신청

※ 생활관은 별도 격리시설이 없습니다. 2월 10일 이후 입국자는 2월 26일 입사가 불가하니 2주간(입사일 기준) 해외입국자 자가격리 일정을 잘 체크하고 자가격리 진행 후 입사해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법

가. 지원 자격(다음 조건이 모두 충족되어야 함)

▪ 공통1-1) 2021-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 학부 및 대학원(일반 및 전문대학원) 재학생 또는 복학예정자(붙임의 서약서 업로드) 중 2020-2학기(휴학생의 경우 직전학기) 성적이 학부생은 1.7/4.3이상, 대학원생은 2.0/4.3이상

▪ 공통1-2) 2021-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 일반대학원 및 전문대학원 신입생

▪ 공통2) 부와 모가 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자, 해외거주자 또는 지원자가 외국인인 유학생

나. 선발 방법 : 인터넷 접수 후 1차 컴퓨터 추첨 후 5항 필수서류제출 확인으로 최종 선발함.

다. 유의 사항

1) 서류(다음 5항.) 미제출대상 : 법학전문대학원생, 일반대학원 법학과, 치과대학, 간호대학, 외국인유학생(신청자 본인)

2) 미래캠퍼스 소속 학생은 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사 신청이 불가함.

3) 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사 및 송도학사 거주 중 강제퇴사자는 입사신청이 불가함.

4) 신촌 및 국제캠퍼스 기숙사간 이중지원은 불가함.

5) 학부생이 방학기간 거주중이어도 대학원 진학 시 대학원 기숙사로 신규신청 해야함

6) 입사 후 휴학 시 퇴사대상임.

2. 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사별 거주대상 및 기숙사비

**학사별 거주대상을 확인하시고 신청하세요. 대상이 아닌 경우 불합격 처리됨.

3. 입사 신청 기간 및 방법

가. 인터넷 신청 기간 : 2021.01.12(화) 10:00 ~ 01.13(수) 17:00까지

나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/) → 로그인 → 입사신청 → On-line Application

4. 1차 합격자 발표 : 2021.01.18(월) 18:00

5. 1차 합격자 필수 제출 서류 : 미제출시 불합격 처리됨

가. 제출 기간 : 2021.01.19(화) ~ 01.22(금) 18:00

나. 제출 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지 → 입사신청 → on-line Application → 파일첨부

다. 제출 서류

1) 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본, 가족관계증명서 각1부.

2) 부, 모, 학생의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우

: 부,모,학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

3) 학생이 편부모(부 또는 모 사망, 이혼 등) 가정일 경우

: 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부

4) 해외거주자

: 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족 확인 가능한 서류)

※ 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114

5) 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주중일 경우

: 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

6) 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상

라. 제출 서류 주의사항(아래 주의 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 서류 미비로 탈락 될 수 있음)

주1) 전 구성원의 성명과 구성원의 세대주와의 관계 기재 필수(이름을 * 표시 하지 말 것)

주2) 주민등록번호 생년월일을 제외한 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출

주3) 제출서류 유효기간 : 2020.12.21(월) 이후 발급분

주4) 주의 사항 미준수, 서류미비, 허위서류 또는 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청에서 제외함.

6. 기숙사비 납부

가. 대상 : 서류 제출 최종 합격자

나. 일시 : 2021.01.27(수) 17:00 ~ 01.29(금)까지_미납시 입사취소

홈페이지 → 마이페이지 →선발결과/청구서 → 개인 가상계좌·기숙사비 확인 → 개인 가상계좌로 납부

7. 입사시 필수 서류 제출

가. 입사자로 선발된 학생은 코로나 검사 결과지, 흉부x선(폐결핵) 검사 결과지, 출입국사실증명서 각 1부 제출

(입사일 5일이내 검사를 받아 결과지를 준비, 미비시 입사 불가)

**코로나 및 기타 검사 비용은 본인부담임.

**입사일 기준으로 한 달내 해외 출입국 내역이 있는 경우 입사가 보류될 수 있음.

나. 공증이 되지 않은 외국 진단서는 제출이 불가하오니 국내 의료기관을 이용바람.

8. 입사일시 : 2021.02.26(금) ~ 02.28(일)까지, 입사체크 시간: 10:00 ~ 18:00사이

**코로나19로 인하여 강의 형태가 비대면으로 전환될 경우 입사 연기(혹은 취소)될 수 있음.

- 외국인 전용 안내문 -

※ Note : There are no designated place to quarantine at Muak, Woojungwon, and Beophyeon. Those who arrive in Korea from abroad after 10th of Feb 2021 will not be able to move into the dorm on the 26th of Feb, 2021. Please make sure to follow the Korean government’s self-isolated period (14days) protocols outside of dormitory before moving into dormitory.

1. Eligibility & Selection Method

A. Eligibility

▪ 2021-1st semester enrolled and returnee* undergraduate students and graduates(regular and professional) students of Sinchon Campus.

(Qualification 1) Previous semester's GPA should be over 1.7/4.3(Undergraduate) or 2.0/4.3(Graduate) or above

*Those who are returning to school after a leave (휴학생) must upload the attached Pledge of Returning School(복학생 서약서) when applying

▪ 2021-1st semester freshmen of general and specialized graduate schools of Sinchon Campus

▪ Locals (exclusive of Seoul), Oversea Koreans (based on the parents’residence), and Foreign Students

B. Selection Methods : 1st round is through computer draw and final selection will be made after examine the uploaded papers.

C. Note

1) Exempt from proving the parents’legal address outside of Seoul to apply : Law School, Graduate School of Law, College of Dentistry, College of Nursing, Foreign Students

2) Students belonging to the Mirae Campus are NOT permitted to apply for dormitories on Sinchon Campus.

3) Students those forcefully checked out due to the violation of dormitory rules cannot apply.

4) Duplicated applications between Sinchon and International Campus dormitories are NOT permitted.

5) If the current undergraduate student become a graduate student must apply to a graduate student dormitory

6) If you leave school during the semester, MUST check-out the dormitory

3. Application period and methods

A. Online application period : Jan 12(Tues.), 2021 10:00 (10AM) ~ Jan 13(Wed.), 2021 17:00(5PM)

B. How to apply : Housing Office website (https://dorm.yonsei.ac.kr/) → Log-in → 입사신청 → On-line Application

4. 1st Round Result : Jan 18(Mon.), 2021 18:00

5. Those who are accepted on the 1st Round

If you are a foreigner no need to prove address of your parents to apply Sinchon Campus Dormitories.

However, if you are a returnee MUST write the pledge of returning school(복학생서약서) and upload it on the designated period.

A. Unloading period : Jan 19(Tues.), 2021 ~ Jan 22(Fri.), 2021 by 18:00 (6PM)

B. How to upload : Housing Office website → 입사신청 → on-line Application → Attach files

Note) Excluded from application for dormitory when verifying false information in non-compliance with precautions, lack of documents, false documents, etc

6. Payment

A. Object : Final successful candidates

B. Payment Period : Jan 27(Wed.), 2021 17:00 ~ Jan 29(Fri,), 2021

dorm.yonsei.ac.kr→ My page(마이페이지) → Application Status(선발결과/청구서) → check your personal virtual account number and dormitory fee → pay according to the provided info, if you are accepted

7. Essential documents to submit on the move-in date (original papers ONLY)

A. COVID-19 test result*, Chest X-ray (tuberculosis result*), Certificate of Entry and Exit

(* COVID-19 test result is only valid for only 5days after examinations *Tuberculosis test result is valid for within two months)

**COVID-19 and other tests fee is under personal expenses

**Those who have been to aboard within a month can be an object of delayed check-in

B. Foreign medical certificates which are not notarized cannot be submitted, so please use domestic medical institutions for a check up

8. Move-in Date: Feb 26(Fri.), 2021 ~ Feb 28(Sun.), Check-in time: 10:00(10AM) ~ 18:00 (6PM)

**Due to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases, if lectures of 2021-1st semester become online courses, the move-in date can be delayed or cancelled.
