2024학년도 1학기 학생선택에 따른 S/U(Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory)평가제도 신청안내
1. 신청기간: 2024. 5. 2.(목) 9:00 ~ 5. 3.(금) 23:59
※ S/U평가 신청기간 이후 어떠한 사유로도 변경/취소 불가
2. 신청방법: 연세포탈 > 학사정보시스템 > 학사행정 > 성적 > [학부]S/U평가신청및조회 메뉴에서 학생이 직접 온라인으로 신청
3. 신청자격: 신촌/국제캠퍼스 학생 중 제1전공이 승인된 학부생 (의/치과대학 소속 제외, 간호대학 학생은 소속대학 별도문의)
4. 신청허용 한도: 학기당 6학점 이내, 재학 중 총 18학점 이내
5. 교과목 제한
: 소속학과(1전공/2전공/연계전공/융합심화전공 포함) 이외의 2천단위 이상 타 전공 교과목 중1) 교양, 교직(TTP), 일반, 현장실습, P/NP평가 과목, 대학원 교과목 제외
* 전공-교양 간 교차인정되는 교과목은 교양으로 간주되며, S/U 신청대상 제외
2) 대학 공통 개설교과목은 소속 대학 학생들 신청 불가
3) 기타 소속 학과에서 신청 불가로 결정한 타전공 교과목 제외
4) S/U평가는 '전공'과목을 대상으로 하며, 타 대학에서 개설한 2천단위 이상 과목이더라도 종별이 '전공'이 아닌 경우 제외됩니다.
※ 전공에 따른 S/U 신청가능 교과목 리스트를 첨부하였으니 확인하시기 바랍니다.
※ 소속전공에 관계없이 신청이 제한되는 과목은 '학생소속정보'항목이 '전체'로 구분되어 있습니다.
6. 유의사항
1) S/U평가를 선택하여 C-이하 성적을 받은 교과목은 U로 등재하며 취득학점을 인정하지 않음(졸업학점에 포함되지 않음)
2) S/U평가로 수강한 교과목은 교직이수요건(교직 및 전공 기본이수과목)으로 인정불가
3) S/U평가를 선택한 교과목은 (최)우등상/우수상 수상기준 학점 산정 시 제외
- S/U평가를 제외한 해당학기 수강신청학점이 15학점 미만인 경우 (최)우등상/우수상 시상대상자에서 제외함
4) S/U평가 과목에서 U의 성적을 받은 자는 해당학기(최)우등상/우수상 대상에서 제외함
5) S/U평가를 선택한 교과목이라도 한국장학재단 장학금 산정 시 Letter Grade 성적(원성적)으로 반영
6) 부전공 혹은 복수전공 승인 전에 S/U평가로 수강한 교과목은 부전공·복수전공 이수학점 계산 시 이수학점에 포함 가능
7) 첨부한 학생선택에 따른 S/U평가제도 안내문을 반드시 확인하고 신청하시기 바랍니다.
S/U(Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory) Evaluation according to Student Selection for 2024 Spring Semester
1. Application Period: 2024. 5. 2.(Thu) 9:00 ~ 5. 3.(Fri) 23:59
※ Change/cancellation is not allowed after the S/U evaluation application period
2. Application Method: Go to Yonsei Portal (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr/ → Academic Information System → Academic Information → Grades → S/U evaluation application)
3. Eligibility: Sinchon/International Campus undergraduate students who have declared their first major (excluding students from the College of Medicine/Dentistry. Nursing students should contact their college individually)
4. Range of S/U evaluation: Within 6 credits per semester, within a total of 18 credits during enrollment
5. Application Limits ※ Please check the attached list of courses applicable for S/U evaluation according to the majors.
: Among the 2000-or-above level 'major' courses from majors other than a student’s own Major/Department (including their first/second/concentration major and interdisciplinary majors)
1) Liberal arts(University College) Courses, Teacher Training Courses(TTP), Elective Courses, Field-trip Courses, P/NP Evaluation Courses, Graduate School Courses are excluded.
* Courses cross-listed as a major and a liberal arts course are considered to be liberal arts courses and are not eligible for S/U evaluation
2) Common Courses of individual College/Departement are not applicable to the student of the same College/Department.
3) Other major courses stated as ‘inapplicable’ by individual Majors/Departments.
6. Notes
1) Courses with a grade of C- or lower are listed as U, and credits are not recognized as earned credits
2) Courses completed by S/U evaluation cannot be acknowledged as Teacher Training courses.
3) Courses selected for S/U evaluation are excluded when calculating the criteria for receiving the highest/high honor roll
- Students with less than 15 credits per semester after excluding the courses with S/U evaluation are not eligible for the highest/high honor roll for the relevant semester.
4) Students who received a U grade in the S/U evaluation courses are not eligible for the highest/high honor roll for the relevant semester.
5) Courses Grade selected for S/U evaluation are reflected as original letter grades when screening Korea Student Aid Foundation scholarships
6) Courses credits completed by S/U evaluation prior to minor/double major approval can be counted as the minor/double major credits.
7) Please check the attached S/U Evaluation Guidelines before applying.
