2020년 2월 졸업 신청 안내  [학사학위수료자 대상]
Notices for February 2020 Graduation Application

 [for student in the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree"]



1. 신청 대상: 2019년 학사학위수료자
    Subject: Students in the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree" after Commencement Day.


2. 신청 기간: 2019. 9. 3.(화) ~ 2020. 1. 31.(금)
     Application Period: September 3(Tue), 2019 ~ January 31(Fri), 2020


3. 신청 방법: 연세포탈시스템(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) 학사관리 접속 후 학적-졸업-졸업신청 메뉴에서 신청
     Visit the Yonsei portal system (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Student Record → Graduation/Advancement → 

     Graduation   Application


4. 신청 구분 Application Criteria

    가. 졸업 신청: “2020년 2월 학위수여일에 졸업하고자 합니다.“ 선택
          Application for ‘Graduation’: Select “I will graduate in February 2020”

    나. 수료 유지: “계속 수료 상태로 남겠습니다.” 선택
          Remaining in the state of 'Completion of Bachelor's Degree': I will remain in the state of 

          "Completion of Bachelor's Degree" after Commencement Day in February 2020.


5. 유의사항 Notices

    가. 학사학위수료자의 신분은 재학연한 범위 내에서만 가능(재학연한 마지막 학기에는 자동 졸업)
          You can remain in the state of 'Completion of Bachelor's Degree' only within the maximum period of enrollment

          (you will be graduated automatically in the last semester).

    나. 학사학위수료 상태에서의 졸업 신청 시(~1월 말/~7월 말) 정해진 학위수여일(2월/8월)에 졸업 처리됨

          [학사학위수료자는 재학상태로 환원 불가]
          When you apply for graduation in the state of 'Completion of Bachelor's Degree'(~end of January/~end of July),

           you will graduate on the following February/August.
          [Students in the state of 'Completion of Bachelor's Degree' cannot change their status back to the status 

          as current student.]

    다. 수강신청, 휴학신청, 기숙사신청이 불가함
          Course enrollment, leave of absence, and dormitory application will not be available.

    라. 학사학위수료자는 최우등,우등 졸업상의 대상에서 제외됨
          Students in the state of 'Completion of Bachelor's Degree' are not eligible for Academic Honors

          (Highest Honors/High Honors).

    마. 도서관 서비스는 졸업생과 동일한 기준을 적용하며, 자세한 사항은 학술정보원 홈페이지 에서 확인바람
          Library services are available as same as graduates. Please check Yonsei University Library website 

          for more details.

    바. 재적증명서, 수료증명서, 성적증명서, 학적부, 졸업예정증명서(졸업신청 시에만 발급), 장학금수혜증명서

          (장학금 수혜자만 발급) 발급이 가능함
          Certificate of Enrollment, Certificate of  Completion, Academic Transcript, Certificate of Expected Graduation

          (only for applicant of graduation), Certificate of Recipient of Scholarship(only for Scholarship Recipient)
          can be issued under the state of 'Completion of Bachelor's Degree'.
