1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법

가. 지원 자격(아래 조건이 모두 충족되어야 함)

▪ 공통1-1) 2019-2학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 학부 및 대학원(일반 및 전문대학원) 재학생 또는 복학예정자 중 2019-1학기(휴학생의 경우 직전학기) 성적이 학부생은 1.7/4.3이상, 대학원생은 2.0/4.3이상

▪ 공통1-2) 2019-2학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 일반 및 전문대학원 신입생

▪ 공통2) 부와 모가 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자, 해외거주자 또는 지원자가 외국인 유학생

나. 선발 방법 : 인터넷 접수 후 컴퓨터 추첨으로 선발

다. 주요안내

1) 법학전문대학원 및 일반대학원 법학과 학생은 법현학사로만 지원 가능

2) 의료원 관련 학과 지원 가능 기숙사 안내

가) 의과대학 대학원생은 제중학사로만 지원 가능(문의 02-2228-2700)

나) 치과대학 및 간호대학 대학원생은 무악3학사로만 지원가능(별도공지)

3) 원주캠퍼스 소속 학생은 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사 신청이 불가함.

4) 학부 기간 중 송도학사 누적벌점 16점 이상 및 신촌캠퍼스 강제퇴사자는 입사신청 불가함.

5) 신촌캠퍼스내 기숙사간 이중지원은 불가함.

6) 학부생으로 1학기에 거주중인 학생이 대학원 진학시 대학원 기숙사로 재신청 해야함

7) 현재 거주중인(또는 1학기 만기거주) 학생은 지원 대상이 아님

8) 입사후 휴학시 퇴사대상이오니 휴복학 신청시 유의 바람

3. 입사(온라인) 신청 기간 및 방법

가. 온라인 신청 기간 : 2019. 7. 23(화) 10:00 ~ 7. 24(수) 23:00까지

나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing) 기숙사 신청 팝업창

4. 필수 제출 서류(인터넷 접수자 전원) : 미제출시 불합격 처리함

가. 제출 방법 : 등기우편접수(원본제출) 또는 생활관 업무시간 중 방문 제출(무악1학사)

일반우편물은 기간 내 도착하지 않거나 중도에 분실될 수 있으니 유의바랍니다.

나. 제출 기간 : 2019. 7. 8(월) ~ 7. 19(금) / 직접 제출 시 09:00~17:00까지

다. 제출 서류 주의사항(아래 주의 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 서류 미비로 탈락 될 수 있음)

1) 서류 제출 시 반드시 서류 좌측 상단에 학생이름 및 학번(또는 수험번호) 기재

2) 모든 서류는 원본으로 제출하여야 함(복사본,FAX제출, E-mail제출 불가)

3) 전 구성원의 성명과 구성원의 세대주와의 관계 기재 필수(이름을 * 표시 하지 말 것)

4) 주민등록번호 생년월일을 제외한 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출

5) 제출서류 유효기간 : 2019.6.10.(월) 이후 발급분

6) 주의 사항 미준수, 서류미비, 허위 서류 또는 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청(선발자격)에서 제외함

라. 제출서류

1) 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본 1부

2) 부와 모의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우

- 부,모,학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

3) 학생이 편부모(부 또는 모 사망, 이혼 등) 가정일 경우

- 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부

4) 해외거주자

- 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족임을 확인 가능한 서류)

- 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114

5) 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주 중일 경우

- 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부

6) 외국인 : 별도제출서류 없음(외국인 여부 별도 확인)

7) 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상

8) 2019-2 복학예정자 : 안내문 하단의 "복학생 서약서" 자필서명후 제출

5. 입사 선발자 발표

가. 일시 : 2019. 8. 2(금) 19:00

나. 발표자 게시방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing) / 공지사항

6. 결핵검사 진단서 제출

가. 입사자로 선발된 학생들은 결핵검사(흉부X선 검사) 후 의사 소견서 또는 진단서를 입사당일에 반드시 제출하여야 합니다. 입사당일 진단서 미제출 시 입사가 불가합니다.

나. 검사를 기피하거나 검사결과 공동생활이 불가능한 것으로 판명될 경우, 기숙사 입사를 취소하게 됩니다.

다. 진단서 유효기간 : 입사일 기준 2개월 이내(2019.7.1 이후 검사결과만 유효)

라. 공증이 되지 않은 외국 진단서는 제출이 불가하오니 국내 의료기관을 이용바랍니다.

7. 기숙사비 납부기간 : 2019. 8. 5(월) ~ 8. 6(화)

8. 입사 및 퇴사일 : 입사 2019.8.31.(토) 10:00 ~ 18:00 / 퇴사 2019.12.21.(토) 12:00

1. Eligibility and Selection Method

A. Eligibility (Must meet all the requirements

▪ 1-1) Undergraduate and graduate the results for the 2019-1 semester were over

GPA1.7/4.3 points for undergraduates and points for graduate students GPA2.0/4.3 .

▪ 1-2) 2019-2 Semester Freshmen of General and special graduate students of Sinchon Campus

▪ 2) Parents living both outside of Seoul or abroad / foreign students.

B. Selection : Computerized Random Selection

C. Important Notice

1) Law school students and Regular graduate school’s law major students can only apply

for Buphyeon

2) Medical Department Dormitory Application Guide

A) Graduate students of medical school can apply only to do CHEJUNG HOUSE( Contect 02-2228-2700)

B) Dental and nursing college students can apply only to Muak#3 dormitory

3) Wonju Campus students are not available to apply for Sinchon Campus dormitories.

Those students must apply to dormitories in their campus.

4) Students with 16 or more points or more accumulated points of Songdo

Penalty and forced check-out of Sinchon campus cannot apply for dormitory.

5) Double support between dormitories in Sinchon campus is not allowed.

6) Students who lived in the first semester as an undergraduate must reapply to

the graduate school dormitory when they go to graduate school.

7) Students currently living (or first semester of residence) are not eligible for support

8) You will be checked-out when you take a leave of absence, so please be careful when applying for a leave of school.

3. How to Apply

A. On-line Application Period : 2019. 7. 23(Thu) 10:00 ~ 7. 24(Wed) 23:00

B. Hou to apply: Complete online application form via the pop-up page of Housing

website(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing)

4. Required Documents : Disqualified if those are not submitted

A. How to submit : Visit the Housing office during office hour or send by registered mail.

* The documents arrived by the deadline only are valid.

C. Guides for related documents (Not respecting following precautions or insufficient

0documents may result in application failure)

1) Please write down the student’s name & ID number in the upper-left corner of each document.

2) The documents should be submitted as the originals. (Copy, FAX, E-MAIL are Not allowed)

3) Erase personal information of the family members such as social security numbers.

4) Valid document submission period : Issued after 2019. 06. 10 (Mon)

6) Missing documents or false information will result in failure to register.

D. Documents

◼ As domestic residents, in case of that parents and students are in the same place

: A certificate of resident registration

◼ In case of that father and mother’s address is different

: A certificate of resident registration of father, a certificate of resident registration of mother, a certificate of resident registration of student and a certificate of family relations

◼ In case of single-parent families

: A certificate of resident registration of shared housing parent and a certificate of resident registration of student and a certificate of family relations

◼ In case of a foreign residents, submit a copy of Proof of foreign residence of

student and the parents For ‘Proof of foreign residence’ issuance,

please contact Ministry of Foreign Affairs (02-2100-2114).

◼ In case parents live abroad and student in Korea, submit a copy of proof of foreign residence for parents and a copy of proof of residence for student and a certificate of family relations.

◼ In case of foreigners : No documents REQUIRED

◼ In case of a handicapped student, submit a copy of Proof of disabled certificate of

student. *Priority is given when it meets eligibility

◼ Returning students 2019-2 : Please check the attached file under the notice.

5. Result Announcement

A. Date: 2019. 8. 2(Fri) 19:00

6. Health Inspection

1. The students selected as the residents must have health inspection (pectoral X gland) and then submit the health diagnosis form on the day of their check-in. If you avoid the health inspection or are found to be ineligible for community life, your housing admission will be canceled.

2. If you don’t submit the health diagnosis form on the check-in day, you are not allowed to

come into your room and it will result in demerits on your record.

3. Valid date of health certificate : within 2 month from a date of issue.

( Issued after 2019.7.1.)

* Please note that you can not submit a foreign certificate. You should go to the Korean

medical institution.

7. Payment period : 2019. 8. 5(Mon) ~ 8. 6(Thu)

8. Check-in/out date : 2019.8.31.(Sat) 10:00 ~ 18:00 / 2019.12.21.(Sat) 12:00
