2019년 8월 졸업신청 최종 변경(추가 졸업신청/연기신청/수료신청) 안내


1. 신청방법 : 연세포탈서비스(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) - 학사관리 - 학적 - 졸업 - 졸업신청 메뉴에서 "졸업신청" 또는

                      "연기신청" 또는 "수료신청" 선택 후 저장
   * 부전공 또는 3전공 이상의 복수전공을 희망하는 경우 원하는 전공을 선택한 후 저장


2. 최종 변경기간 : 2019. 7. 1.(월) 09:00 ~ 7. 3.(수) 17:00


3. 기타
    - 조기졸업 신청을 취소하고자 하는 경우는 교무처 학사지원팀(언더우드관 B101호)으로 방문하여 취소원을 제출하여야 

      합니다.
   - 당해학기 졸업예정증명서는 졸업신청자에 한하여 발급됩니다(졸업연기신청자 또는 수료신청자는 발급되지 않음).
   - 졸업요건을 충족한 수료 신청자는 2019년 8월 학위수여일 기준으로 학적상태가 '학사학위수료'로 변경됩니다.
      (2019년 8월 졸업 대상이 아님)
   - 최종 기간이므로, 정해진 기간 이후에는 더이상 졸업신청의 변경이 불가합니다.
   - 부전공 또는 3전공 이상의 이수희망자는 반드시 해당 부전공을 신청하여야 합니다(미신청시 심사대상에서 제외됨).

 The last change of graduation application period(additional application or delay or Completion of the course) for August 2019 graduation is as follows:


1. Period: 9:00 am, July 1 ~ 5:00 pm, July 3, 2019


 2. The service is available at the Yonsei Portal System.
     Visit the Yonsei portal system(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Login → Academic Information System →
    Academic Management System → Student Record → Graduation/Advancement → Graduation Application →
     select 'Application for Grduation(졸업신청)' or 'Application for Completion of Course(수료신청)' or

     'Pending Graduation (연기신청)' → save (저장)

     * Students who wish to declare a minor or 3rd major should apply through the portal system when applying

        for graduation.
     * Please be sure to remember this is the last chance to change the graduation application status.


 3. Additional Notice
    - If an early graduation applicant wants to cancel graduation application, please submit the cancellation form to
      Academic Support Team(B101 Underwood Hall).
   - Certificate of expected graduation is only issued to graduation applicants.
   - For completion applicants who have fulfilled the graduation requirements, the status will be changed to 

     ‘Completion of Course’ after Commencement Day in August 2019(Not eligible for graduation in August 2019).
   - Please be sure to remember this is the last chance to change the graduation application status.
   - Students who wish to declare a minor or 3rd major should apply through the portal system when applying for 

     graduation.
