여름방학 전체기간[2019.6.24.(월)15:00입사 ~ 8.23(금)12:00퇴사]에 대하여만 입사 신청이 가능하며, 여름 미잔류 잔여방에 대하여 선발합니다. 단기 거주 신청은 받지 않습니다.
1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법
가. 지원 자격(아래 조건 충족 및 필수제출서류 완료자)
▪ 공통) 부와 모가 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자, 해외거주자 또는 지원자가 외국인 유학생
1) 1순위
가) 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 일반 및 전문대학원 재학생
나) 신촌캠퍼스에서 하계계절학기를 등록한 학부 재학생
(1) 원주, 국제캠퍼스 및 타교생도 신촌캠퍼스 계절학기 수강자는 신청 가능
(2) 치과대학, 간호대학(학부 및 대학원생) 소속 학생은 무악3학사로 신청해야함
(3) 계절수업을 수강하는 휴학생도 신청 가능
2) 2순위 : 원주캠퍼스 학생중 신촌세브란스 병원 실습생(보건과학대학 요청자에 한함)
나. 선발 방법 : 인터넷 접수 후 컴퓨터 추첨으로 선발
다. 주요안내
1) 2019-1학기 현재 신촌캠퍼스 생활관에 거주중인 학생은 신규 입사신청 대상이 아닌 추가 잔류 신청을 하시기 바람
2) 법학전문대학원 및 일반대학원 법학과 학생은 법현학사(대학원생 전용기숙사)로만 신청 가능
3) 송도학사 누적벌점 16점 이상 및 신촌캠퍼스 강제퇴사자는 기숙사 입사신청 불가
4) 기숙사 이중지원 불가

3. 입사(온라인) 신청 기간 및 방법
가. 온라인 신청 기간 : 2019.6.10(월) 10:00 ~ 6.11(화) 23:00
나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing) 기숙사 신청 팝업창
4. 필수 제출 서류(온라인 전수자 전원) : 미제출시 불합격 처리함
가. 제출 방법 : 등기우편접수(원본제출) 또는 생활관 업무시간 중 방문 제출(무악1학사)
일반우편물은 기간 내 도착하지 않거나 중도에 분실될 수 있으니 유의바랍니다.

나. 제출 기간 : 공지일로부터 ~ 2019.6.7(금) / 직접 제출 시 09:00~17:00까지
다. 제출 서류 안내(아래 주의 사항을 지키지 않을 경우 서류 미비로 탈락 될 수 있음)
1) 서류 제출 시 반드시 서류 좌측 상단에 학생이름 및 학번 기재
2) 모든 서류는 원본으로 제출하여야 함(복사본, FAX, E-MAIL제출 불가)
3) 전 구성원의 성명과 구성원의 세대주와의 관계 기재 필수( ** 표시하지 말 것)
4) 주민등록번호 생년월일을 제외한 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출
5) 제출서류 유효기간 : 2019.5.7(화) 이후 발급분
6) 주의 사항 미준수, 서류미비, 허위 서류 또는 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청(선발자격)
에서 제외함
라. 제출서류
1) 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본 1부
2) 부와 모의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우
- 부,모,학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
3) 학생이 편부모(부 또는 모 사망, 이혼 등) 가정일 경우
- 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부
4) 해외거주자
- 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족임을 확인 가능한 서류)
- 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114
5) 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주 중일 경우
- 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
6) 외국인 : 별도제출서류 없음(외국인 여부 별도 확인)
7) 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상
5. 입사 선발자 발표

6. 결핵검사 진단서 제출
가. 입사자로 선발된 학생들은 결핵검사(흉부X선 검사) 후 의사 소견서 또는 진단서를 입사당일에
반드시 제출하여야 합니다. 입사당일 진단서 미제출 시 입사가 불가합니다.
나. 검사를 기피하거나 검사결과 공동생활이 불가능한 것으로 판명될 경우, 기숙사 입사를 취소하
게 됩니다.
다. 진단서 유효기간 : 입사일 기준 2개월 이내(2019.4.24 이후 검사결과만 유효)
라. 공증이 되지 않은 외국 진단서는 제출이 불가하오니 국내 의료기관을 이용바랍니다.
7. 기숙사비 납부기간 : 2019.6.18(화) ~ 6.19(수)
8. 입사 및 퇴사일 : 입사 2019.6.24.(월) 15:00 ~ 20:00 / 퇴사 2019.8.23.(금) 12:00

【 Application Guide for 2019 Summer break new application 】
YONSEI UNIVERSITY
- muak dormitory (Exclusion of 4A examinee) -
You can apply for a dorm only for the entire summer vacation period [2019.6.24(Mon) 15:00 Check-in to 8.23(Fri) 12:00 Check-out]. You can't select the rooms and we don't accept applications for short-term residence.
1. Qualification for application & Selection
A. Those who meet the following conditions and complete required submission documents
▪ ALL) Parents living both outside of Seoul or abroad / foreign students.
- 1st priority
a. graduate student of the General and Professional under the Sinchon campus.
b. undergraduate student enrolled in the seasonal semester at Sinchon Campus
(1) Students who are taking the seasonal semester of Sinchon Campus
( Including Wonju & Int’l campus, other university students)
(2) Students from Dental & Nursing College (Undergraduate and graduate students)
must apply for a Muak dormitory #3.
(3) Student on a leave of absence taking seasonal classes can also apply.
- 2nd priority: A trainee at Shinchon Severance Hospital from Wonju Campus.

B. Selection method : Computer random selection
C. Notice
1) Students currently living in Sinchon Campus should apply for additional stay instead of applying for a new application.
2) Law school students and Regular graduate school’s law major students can only apply for Buphyeon.
3) You cannot apply for a Muak dormitory if you have 16 or more penalty points in the int’l campus(Songdo) dormitory.
4) Students who checked out Shinchon campus forcibly cannot apply.
5) Dormitory dual application is not allowed.

3. How to Apply
A. Online Application Period : 2019.6.10(Mon) 10:00 ~ 6.11(Tue) 23:00
B. How to apply : Complete online application form via the pop-up page in Housing Office website (http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing)
4. Required Documents : Disqualified if those are not submitted
A. How to submit : Visit the Housing office during office hour or send by registered mail.

* The documents arrived by the deadline only are valid.
C. Guides for related documents (Not respecting following precautions or insufficient documents may result in application failure)
1) Please write down the student’s name & ID number in the upper-left corner of each document.
2) The documents should be submitted as the originals. (Copy, FAX, E-MAIL are Not allowed)
3) Erase personal information of the family members such as social security numbers.
4) Valid document submission period : Issued after 2019.5.7.(Thu)
6) Missing documents or false information will result in failure to register.
D. Documents
◼ As domestic residents, in case of that parents and students are in the same place
: A certificate of resident registration
◼ In case of that father and mother’s address is different
: A certificate of resident registration of father, a certificate of resident registration of mother, a certificate of resident registration of student and a certificate of family relations
◼ In case of single-parent families
: A certificate of resident registration of shared housing parent and a certificate of resident registration of student and a certificate of family relations
◼ In case of a foreign residents, submit a copy of Proof of foreign residence of
student and the parents
For ‘Proof of foreign residence’ issuance, please contact Ministry of Foreign Affairs (02-2100-2114).
◼ In case parents live abroad and student in Korea, submit a copy of proof of foreign residence for parents and a copy of proof of residence for student and a certificate of family relations.
◼ In case of foreigners : No documents REQUIRED
◼ In case of a handicapped student, submit a copy of Proof of disabled certificate of
student. *Priority is given when it meets eligibility
5. Result Announcement
A. Date: 2019.6.17. (Mon) 19:00 / Housing office homepage pop-up window (http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing)
6. Health Inspection
1. The students selected as the residents must have health inspection (pectoral X gland) and then submit the health diagnosis form on the day of their check-in. If you avoid the health inspection or are found to be ineligible for community life, your housing admission will be canceled.
2. If you don’t submit the health diagnosis form on the check-in day, you are not allowed to come into your room and it will result in demerits on your record.
3. Valid date of health certificate : within 2 month from a date of issue.
( Issued after 2019.4.24. )
* Please note that you can not submit a foreign certificate. You should go to the Korean medical institution.
