가. 지원 자격(아래 조건이 모두 충족되어야 함)
▪ 2017-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속 일반대학원, 전문대학원 및 학부-재학생, 복학예정자
▪ 부와 모가 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자, 해외거주자 또는 지원자가 외국인 유학생
▪ 2016-2학기(휴학생의 경우 직전학기) 성적이 2.7/4.3 또는 2.5/4.0이상인 자
나. 선발 방법 : 컴퓨터 추첨으로 선발
￭ 의료원 관련학과(의학, 의과학, 보건학, 치의학, 응용생명과학, 간호학과 등)은 대학별
선발이오니, 해당대학으로 문의바랍니다.(의료원 전용 기숙사로 신청)

※무악2학사는 2017. 4. 1(토)부터 거주가 가능할 예정이며, 2월중 모집공지함.

3. 온라인 신청 기간 및 방법
가. 온라인 신청 기간 : 2017. 1. 5(목) 10:00 ~ 1. 6(금) 23:00
나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing) 기숙사 신청 팝업창
다. 추가 신청 : 2017. 2. 17(금) 10:00부터, 대기자신청이며 수시 충원함.
4. 필수 제출 서류(인터넷 접수자 전원)
가. 제출 방법 : 등기우편접수(원본제출) 또는 생활관 업무시간 중 방문 제출(무악1학사)
일반우편물은 기간 내 도착하지 않거나 중도에 분실될 수 있으니 유의바랍니다.

나. 제출 기간 : 공지일부터 ~ 2017. 1. 6(금) 마감 당일 도착 서류까지 유효

주1) 서류 제출 시 반드시 서류 좌측 상단에 학생이름 및 학번 기재
주2) 아래 해당하는 서류를 원본으로 제출하여야 함
주3) 전 구성원의 주민등록번호 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출
주4) 제출서류 유효기간 : 2016. 12. 5. 이후 발급분
주5) 허위 서류 또는 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청(선발자격)에서 제외함
￭ 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본 1부
￭ 부와 모의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우
: 부,모,학생의 주민등록등본 각1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
￭ 학생이 편부모 가정일 경우
: 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부

5. 입사자 발표 : 2017. 1. 17(화) 17:00 / 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing)
6. 결핵검사 : 입사자로 선발된 학생들은 결핵검사(흉부X선 검사) 후 의사 소견서 또는 진단서를 입사당일에 제출하여야 합니다.
검사를 기피하거나 검사결과 공동생활이 불가능한 것으로 판명될 경우, 기숙사 입사를 취소하게 됩니다. 또한 입사당일 진단서 미제출 시 입사가 불가합니다.
※ 진단서 유효기간 : 입사일 기준 2개월 이내 검사결과만 유효함

1. Eligibility & Selection
A. Eligibility(Must meet all below)
◼ Graduates(regular and professional) and undergraduates students who are currently
studying at Seoul campus, students those who are planning to attend for 2017
spring semester.
◼ Both of parents must be non seoul residence, foreign citizen or international student.
◼ 2016-2nd semester GPA must be over 2.7 on a 4.3(2.5 on a 4.0)
*Students on a leave of absence : Last semester's GPA.
B. Selection : Computerized Random Selection
◼ Student from college as below please contact your college or department.
- College of Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing, Division of Biological and Technology, Department of public health.
◼ International campus or Wonju campus students, please refer to the your campus housing application notice.

3. Application Documents

※ Notes
- When submitting, please write down the student’s name & student’s ID number
or examinee’s number in the upper-left corner of each document
- Hide the personal information of the family members such as ID card number.
- All documents submitted must have been published AFTER 5 December 2016 to be valid.
Missing documents or false information will result in failure to register.
◼ In case of a foreign resident, submit a copy of Proof of foreign residence of
student and the parents
- For ‘Proof of foreign residence’ issuance, please contact Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(02-2100-2114).
◼ In case parents live abroad and student in Korea, submit a copy of proof of
foreign residence for parents and a copy of proof of residence for student.
◼ In case of foreigners, submit a copy of Certificate for Foreigner Registration
(Copy both sides on the same page) OR a copy of Proof of Foreigner Registration
(Issued by a ward office) or a copy of your passport.
※ Only a copy of Certificate for Foreigner Registration card and a copy of passport

5. Health Inspection
The students selected as the residents must have health inspection (pectoral X gland)
and then submit the health diagnosis form on the day of their check-in.
If you avoid the health inspection or are found to be ineligible for community life,
we will cancel your housing admission.
Failure to submit the health diagnosis form on the check-in day will result in demerits on
your record.
* The available period of health certificate : within 2 month from a date of issue.

1. Muak #2 remodeling construction Schedules
26(Mon) December 2016 ~ 25(Sat) March 2017.
2. Due to the Muak #2 remodeling, female undergraduate students and male graduate students may apply Muak #3, female graduate student may apply Muak #4.
3. Students will be staying at Muak #2 from April 1st(Sat) and the housing office will receive Muak #2 housing application in the middle of February 2017.
