ㅇ (Eligibility) Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at Yonsei University (including Sinchon · International · Mirae, as well as students on leave)
ㅇ (Submission Period) August 1, 2024 (Thu) 9:00 AM ~ September 6, 2024 (Fri) 1:00 PM
ㅇ (Submission Method) Fill out the Google Form, download the Certificate of Enrollment from the Yonsei Portal and submit via email. (planoffice@yonsei.ac.kr)
※ In case of identical submissions, the order of receipt will be prioritized, and only the first submission will be reviewed.

ㅇ (Evaluation Criteria) Appropriateness and relevance to the contest purpose, clarity of message, and originality
ㅇ (Evaluation Process) (1st round) Evaluation by the Working Committee ⇨ (2nd round) Comprehensive Evaluation ⇨ (3rd round) Final Selection and Awards (scheduled for Oct 2024)
ㅇ (Utilization of Results) The winning entries will be used for the 140th anniversary celebration events and featured on the university website and social media platforms.
□ Additional Information
ㅇ If the number of entries is insufficient or does not meet the evaluation criteria, the contest may decide not to select any winners.
ㅇ Yonsei University holds the copyright for all submissions and can freely use the winning entries, in whole or in part, for public purposes (production, YouTube uploads, reproduction, distribution, business operation improvements, etc.).
※ Non-winning entries may also be used for purposes such as creating a collection of works(submission of a consent form is required upon entry).
ㅇ Entries can only be submitted individually.
ㅇ Submissions must be original creations. The entrant is responsible for any disputes arising from their entry. If an entry is found to have been previously published or plagiarized, the award may be revoked, and the prize money reclaimed.
ㅇ Personal information (name, affiliation, date of birth, contact details, etc.) will be collected for the purposes of submission, evaluation, and awarding, and will be retained until the conclusion of the contest.
※ Refusal to consent to the collection of personal information may result in disadvantages in evaluation and awarding.
ㅇ Only entries that include a Certificate of Enrollment WILL BE considered for evaluation.
