Improvements and new recruitment of staff HR system will be necessarily met.
Every time personnel fairness of individual evaluation, inconsiderate job placement and chronic fatigue has been a problem of the organization and the issue of prolonged lack of manpower has been raised.The underlying cause of these problems is due to employee personnel system and unemployment of new staff for a long time. Current headquarters departments (Planning, budget, human resources) have formed a team to improve this employee personnel system; it is dedicated to solve this problem.

We will actively participate in the construction of the University Board of Regents.
Only a few major private universities, including our university have not configured the University Board of Regents. University Board of Regents is the main committee for consideration and advice matters relating to development planning and operations of the university, and it is an important mechanism capable of opening directors recommended to the Board of Directors. The Union will work actively targeting the university board configuration in the first half of 2014 year. Also, with this staff, we would like to find a way to be reborn as the subject of the administration.
