2024학년도 2학기 원주생활관 입사신청 및 등록 안내

[학부생 및 대학원생, 대학원 신입생 대상]

학생들의 학업 지원을 위해 원주생활관에서는 기숙사 거주가 필요한 학생들을 대상으로 아래와 같이 생활관 입사 신청을 진행합니다.

기숙사생 여러분의 안전을 위해 참고사항 및 유의사항을 반드시 충분히 숙지하시고 신청해주시기 바랍니다.

※ 원주생활관 공식 입사 신청은 연세포털을 통해서만 접수 가능합니다.

□ 신청 및 등록 안내

1. 신청대상: 2024-2학기 학부생 및 대학원생(복학예정자 포함), 대학원 신입생

※ 2024학년도 9월 입학 학부 신입생은 입학 안내 자료를 통해 별도로 안내될 예정입니다.

※ 의예과 및 간호학과 2학년 이상 학생들은 원의학사(의과대 기숙사)로 문의 바랍니다. (033-741-0217)

2. 신청기간 (기간 및 시간 확인 엄수): 2024. 7. 15.(월) 10:00 ~ 7. 19.(금) 15:00

3. 신청방법

학부생 및 대학원생	- 신청 방법: 연세포털(portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → 로그인 → 기숙사 → 입사신청(재학생) → 내용 확인 후 입사 신청 완료 - 선발 기준: 학사 수용인원보다 신청 인원이 많을 경우, 아래 선발 기준에 따라 다른 기숙사로 대체 선발되거나 미선발될 수 있음 ※ 상·벌점 누계가 높을수록 우선 선발 대상 ※ 상·벌점 누계가 동점일 경우, 직전학기 성적이 높을수록 우선 선발 대상
대학원 신입생	- 신청 방법: 연세포털(portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → 수험번호로 로그인 → 기숙사 → 입사신청(신입생-대학원 신입생) → 내용 확인 후 입사 신청 완료
비고	- 신청화면에서 ‘기숙사유형’,‘생활관구분’,‘호실유형’을 반드시 확인 후 신중히 작성 - 신청서 작성 후 최종 제출 버튼까지 눌러야 신청이 완료됨. 중간 저장 상태에서는 신청되지 않음

※ 선발 기준에 대해...

1) 상・벌점은 최근 입사했던 한 학기를 기준으로 합니다.

- 최근 입사했던 한 학기란?: 학생 본인이 가장 마지막으로 기숙사에 입사했던 한 학기

(예1) 2022년 1학기에 입사한 이후 처음으로 2024년 2학기에 입사하게 된다면, 2022년 1학기의 상․벌점 기록을 기준으로 적용

(예2) 2024년 1학기에 입사한 뒤에 2024년 2학기에 입사하게 된다면, 2024년 1학기의 상․벌점 기록을 기준으로 적용

2) 성적은 입사 직전학기를 기준으로 합니다.

- 입사 직전학기란?: 기숙사 입사 여부와 상관없이 가장 마지막으로 재학 중이던 학기

(예) 2022년 2학기까지 재학하고 휴학 후에 2024년 1학기에 입사하게 된다면, 2022년 2학기의 성적을 기준으로 적용

※ 입사 제한자 기준 안내

1) 2024학년도 2학기 기준 휴학생

2) 성적: 1.74 이하 / 상·벌점 누계: -10점 이하

3) 최근 6개월 이내 강제퇴사자

4. 신청 가능 학사

※ 이번 학기 매지3학사는 3인1실로 운영됩니다.

※ 대학원생은 매지3학사 또는 청연학사로 신청 가능합니다.

※ 1학년 RC 프로그램 대상자인 경우, 본인이 신청한 학사와 다른 학사에 배정될 수 있습니다.

※ 1학년 RC대상자 학생이 RC 신청 불가인 학사에 입사 신청을 했을 경우, 다른 학사로 대체 선발됩니다.

※ 포털을 통한 입사신청 내역은 제출 완료 시 수정이 불가하다는 점 유의 바랍니다.

※ 신청 인원이 현저히 많을 경우, 선발 기준에 따라 변경 선발될 수 있으니 참고 바랍니다.

※ 생활관 내에는 식당을 운영하지 않으므로 입사비에는 식비가 포함되어 있지 않으며, 교내 식당을 이용하여 식사하시거나 휴게실에서 간단한 음식을 조리해드실 수 있습니다.

※ 장애인실 신청은 별도로 받습니다. (서식자료실-개별입사신청양식- 첨부파일 '입사신청서' 다운로드 후 작성, 장애인등록증 등의 증빙서류와 함께 신청기간 내 생활관 이메일 dormi123@yonsei.ac.kr 로 제출)

5. 선발 결과 발표: 2024. 7. 25.(목) 17:00 이후연세포털에서 확인 가능

※ 개별 선발 결과 확인: 연세포털 → 로그인 → 기숙사 → 입사정보조회

※ 선발기준에 따른 선발 결과 안내: 생활관 홈페이지 → 공지사항(입·퇴사) 게시판에 별도 게시 예정

6. 사생회비 관련 안내사항

※ 사생회비는 생활관 내 복지물품(전자레인지, 하이라이트, 청소기, 피아노 등) 구입 및 보수, 그리고 사생의 복지 증진을 위한 사업을 진행하는데 사용됩니다.

7. 고지서 출력 및 등록 (입사비 납부): 2024. 7. 26.(금) 10:00 ~ 7. 31.(수) 15:00

※ 정해진 기간 내에 납부하지 않으면 개별 연락 없이 선발 취소 (추가 등록(납입)기간은 없음)

※ 고지서 확인 방법: 연세포털 → 로그인 → 기숙사 → 기숙사비고지서

8. 룸메이트 신청: 2024. 8. 2.(금) 10:00 ~ 8. 5.(월) 15:00

※ 거주 학사가 같은 경우에만 룸메이트 신청이 가능하며, 신청을 하지 않은 경우 호실은 무작위로 배정됩니다.

9. 거주 기간: 2024. 8. 25.(일) 13:00 ~ 12. 21.(토) 12:00(정오) / 총 118박

※ 입사 시작일 이전 입사는 불가능합니다.

※ 택배를 보낼 경우, 입사일 이전에 도착하는 것은 별도로 보관해드리지 않습니다.

⃞ 입사 대상자 및 입사 당일 필수 제출서류 안내

1. 입사대상자: 2024-2학기 기준 재학생

※ 입사 제한자

가. 2024학년도 2학기 기준 휴학생

나. 성적(직전학기): 1.74 이하 / 상․벌점 누계(최근 입사학년도): 상·벌점 누계 –10점 이하

다. 최근 6개월 이내 강제퇴사자

2. 입사 당일 절차: 필요 서류 제출 → 본인 신분증 확인 → 카드키 수령 → 입사

※ 전염병 관련 이상 유무 확인 시 입사가 제한될 수 있음

※ 외부인 출입: 2024. 8. 25.(일) 13:00~21:00, 입사 시 짐을 옮기는 정도만 가능(짐 옮긴 후 바로 나오셔야 합니다.)

3. 입사 시 제출 서류 ( ★★미 제출 시 입사 불가)

1) 결핵 검진 결과지 1부 (흉부 엑스레이 검사)

※ 2024-1학기 입사 당시 제출한 학생은 제외

※ 검사 결과지는 2024. 1. 1. 이후 검진한 건만 인정됨

2) 감염병 예방수칙준수 서약서 1부 (첨부파일 참조)

□ 참고사항

1. 입사비 환불 규정 안내

일부 환불 (입사기간 이후 중도퇴사&환불신청)	2024. 8. 25.(일) ~ 11. 23.(토) 기간 중에 환불 신청한 경우 [입사비 - (위약금 + 입사 기간 사용료)]의 금액 환불 ※ 위약금 = 입사비의 20% (1원 단위 절사) ※ 입사 기간은 실제 입사를 하지 않았더라도 8. 25.(일)부터 산출되니 주의 바랍니다. ※ 입사 기간은 박 수를 기준으로 계산되며, 1박 단가는 위의 입사비 안내에서 확인 가능합니다. ※ 강제퇴사된 경우에는 6개월 이내에 재입사 할 수 없으며, 환불은 공식 입사일로부터 13주차까지는 납부된 입사비에서 위약금(입사비의 20%)을 공제한 후 잔여일수 환불금액의 70%가 환불됩니다. 단, 13주차 이후 강제퇴사 시 환불금액은 없습니다.

1) 입사시작일 전: 입사정보조회 - 선발포기

2) 입사시작일 이후: 중도퇴사 신청

※ 환불은 신청서가 접수되고 약 2~3주 정도 소요될 수 있으니 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

2. 입사 시 유의사항

가. 준비 물품: 신분증, 세면도구, 의류 및 침구류, 개인 물품, 랜선(무선 공유기)

※ 매지1,2,3학사에 한하여 각 사생실 무선 WIFI 제공하므로 개인공유기 불필요(단, 유선 인터넷 사용 불가)

※ 반입 허용 물품: 헤어 드라이기, 컴퓨터, 스탠드, 공기청정기, 가습기(가열식 가습기는 불가) 등

나. 전염병 환자와 접촉한 학생은 증상 유무와 관계없이 입사 불가능합니다.

다. 입사 시 제출 서류(결핵 검진 결과지, 감염병 예방수칙준수 서약서)는 입사 전에 미리 준비하고, 입사 절차 시 안내실에 꼭 제출해주세요.

3. 강제퇴사 관련 규정

가. 생활관 입사생은 사내 흡연과 사내 음주, 주류 반입이 철저히 금지되어 있으며, 적발 시 바로 강제퇴사 되오니 참고 바랍니다.

나. 배정받은 호실 외의 공실을 무단으로 사용하다가 적발되는 경우, 강제퇴사 조치되며 공실 무단 점유 기간에 대한

사용료가 청구됩니다.

다. 강제퇴사 처분을 받은 학생은 통보일로부터 7일 이내에 퇴사하여야 하며 다음학기 입사가 제한됩니다.

For the students’ academic support, the Wonju Housing Office is offering students who needs to live in the dorm to apply for the residence as follows.

For the safety of residents, please be aware of the guidelines and precautions before applying.

※ Official Dormitory Application is done only through Yonsei Portal.

□ Notice for the Application and Registration

1. Subject: Graduate & Undergraduate students, First-year in 'grad school' in the fall semester of 2024

※ Freshmen in September for the 2024 academic year will be separately guided through the admission guide.

※ Students majoring medicine and sophomore or higher students majoring nursing should contact the Won-ui Haksa. (033-741-0217)

2. Application Period (Be sure to apply within the period): 2024. 7. 15.(Mon) 10:00 ~ 7. 19.(Fri) 15:00

3. How to Apply

Graduate and Undergraduate	- How to apply: Yonsei Portal(portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Login → Dormitory → Dormitory Application(재학생) → Check info. and complete the application - Selection Criteria: If there are too many students applying for a certain dormitory, students may be assigned in another dormitory or not selected based on the selection criteria below ※ The higher the cumulative number of merit and demerit points, the higher the possibility of the selection. ※ If the cumulative merit and demerit points are tie, the higher the GPA of the most recent year of enrollment. the higher the possibility of the selection.
First-year in "grad school"	- How to apply: Yonsei Portal(portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Login(with your test number) → Dormitory → Dormitory Application(신입생-대학원 신입생) → Check info. and complete the application
Remarks	※ Please make sure to check the ‘Type of Dormitory,’ ‘Dormitory Classification.’ and ‘Type of Room’ when applying , and fill it out carefully. ※ After completing the application, you must press the final submit button to complete the application.

※ About the Selection Criteria...

1) Merit·Demerit points are based on the recent semester when the student lived in dorm.

- Recent Year?: the most recent semester the student lived in the dorm

(e.g.1) If a student lived in the dorm during the spring semester of 2022 and applies for the fall semester of 2024, the merit and demerit points from 2022-1 will be considered.

(e.g.2) If a student lived in the dorm during the spring semester of 2024 and applies for the fall semester of 2024, the merit and demerit points from 2024-1 will be considered.

2) GPA is based on the semester which the student enrolled the most recently.

- Semester right before the dorm entrance?: GPA is based on the recent semester which the student enrolled, whether he/she lived in the dorm or not.

(e.g.1) If a student applied for leave of absence after the Fall semester of 2022 and applies for the dorm residence in the fall semester of 2024, GPA of 2022-2 will be considered.

※ Entrance Restriction

1) Student who will apply for leave of absence for fall semester of 2024

2) GPA: Less than 1.74 / Merit·Demerit Points: below –10 points

3) Student expelled from dorm within 6 months

※ Please be aware that dormitory application submitted through Yonsei Portal is not revisable.

※ If there are too many students apply for a certain dormitory, some of those students may be assigned to a different dorm from the one you applied for.

※ Since there is no restaurant in the dormitory, the dorm fee does not include food expenses. Instead, you can go to the cafeteria around the dorm or cook simple food in lounge of the dorm.

※ Applications for the disabled room are accepted separately. (Form Archive-Application Form-Download and fill out the form, then send it to the email, dormi123@yonsei.ac.kr with an evidential document.)

5. Result Notice: Check Yonsei Portal for the result after 2024. 7. 25.(Thu) 17:00.

※ Check individual selection result: Yonsei Portal → Login → Dormitory → Dormitory information check

※ Result Notice based on the selection criteria: Wonju Housing Office Website → 공지사항(입·퇴사)

6. About Dormitory Student Council Fee

※ Dormitory Student Council Fee will be used to purchase and repair welfare items(microwave, vacuum cleaner, piano, etc.) in the dormitory, and to carry out projects to promote the welfare of residents.

7. Registration Period (Fee payment): 2024. 7. 26.(Fri) 10:00 ~ 7. 31.(Wed) 15:00

※ If you do not pay within the period, your application will be automatically cancelled without notice. (There is no additional registration period, so be on time.)

※ How to check the bill: Yonsei Portal → Login → Dormitory → 기숙사비고지서

8. Room mate application period: 2024. 8. 2.(Fri) 10:00 ~ 8. 5.(Mon) 15:00

※ Roommate applications are only possible if you live in the same building. If you do not apply, rooms will be randomly assigned.

9. Residency Period: 2024. 8. 25.(Sun) 13:00 ~ 12. 21.(Sat) 12:00 (Noon) (118 Nights)

※ students cannot move into the dormitory before the dormitory check-in date.

※ If you send a package, we will not store packages that arrive before the date of employment. The dormitory is not responsible for it because it may be lost.

⃞ Notice on Eligibility and Required Paper Submission.

1. Eligibility: 2024 Fall semester enrolling students who are not relevant to the restrictions below.

※ Entrance Restriction

A. Student who will apply for leave of absence for fall semester of 2024

B. GPA: Less than 1.74 / Merit·Demerit Points: below –10 points

C. Student expelled from dorm within 6 months

2. Check-in Procedure: Paper submission → ID check → Receipt of the key-card

※ If a student have a infectious disease, he/she may be restricted from check-in.

※ Date for non-dormitory student(parents, friend, etc) to enter: August 25, 2024, from 13:00 to 21:00

only if you move your luggage when you check-in. (non-dormitory student must come out immediately after moving your luggage)

3. Required papers (★★Not able to check-in when papers are not submitted.)

1) Tuberculosis test result document (A Chest X-ray)

※ Students who have already submitted their documents for the spring semester of 2024 are not required to do.

※ Confirmation of examination after January 1, 2024 can be submitted.

2) Compliance Pledge for Infection Prevention & Rules (See the attached file)

□ Additional Info.

1. Refund Policy

Full Refund	If refund was applied until 2024. 8. 24.(Sat) ※ The refund will be processed to the account registered in Yonsei Portal. ※ If a student who applied for a roommate applies for a refund near the check-in date, the other student designated as a roommate will be randomly assigned. (Random allocation regardless of nationality, major etc.)
Partial Refund	If refund was applied between 2024. 8. 25.(Sun) ~ 11. 23.(Sat) [Dorm fee - (Cancellation charge + Calculated fee)] ※ Cancellation fee = 20% of dorm fee ※ Days will be calculated from August. 25th even if he/she did not check in. ※ Days will be calculated by nights. ※If you were expelled, you cannot apply to the dorm within 6 months. And until the 13th week from the start of residency period, there will be partial refund. However, there is not refund after the 13th week.
No Refund	If refund was applied after 2024. 11. 24.(Sun)

※ Refund procedures may take 2~3 weeks.

2. Required for preparation

A. Supplies: ID(Passport), Sanitary product, Toiletries, Bedding, Wireless router(w/ LAN cable) etc.

※ Maeji 1,2,3 dorm provides wireless Wi-Fi, so a personal router is not required. (wired Internet is not available)

※ Mattress sizes for each dorm

B. If a student contacted with an infectious disease patient, he/she cannot enter the dormitory.

C. Please prepare the‘Required papers’ in advance and submit them to the information desk when check-in.

3. Expulsion Clause

A. Indoor smoking, indoor drinking alcohol, bringing in alcohol are heavily prohibited in dormitory, and the student will be expelled when caught.

B. If you are caught using a vacant room other than the assigned room without permission, you will be expelled from the dormitory and you will be charged a fee for the period of unauthorized occupancy of the vacant room.

C. Students who have been foreced to expelled must leave within 7 days.

为了支持学生们的学业，原州生活馆将针对需要宿舍住宿的学生，按照以下程序进行生活馆入住申请。

请务必充分了解注意事项和须知，确保各位宿舍生的安全，并按要求申请。

※ 原州生活馆的正式入住申请只能通过延世portal网站进行。

□ 申请及注册指南

1. 申请对象：2024-2学期在校本科生，研究生（包括预复学的学生）以及研究生新生

※ 2024学年9月入学新生将通过入学指南另行通知。

※ 医学预科及护理学科二年级以上学生请咨询原医学舍（医学院宿舍）。 (033-741-0217)

2. 申请时间（严格遵守时段和时间）：2024年7月15日（周一）10:00至7月19日（周五）15:00

3. 申请方法

本科生和研究生	-申请方法: 延世portal(portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → 登陆 → 宿舍 → 入住申请(在读生) → 确认内容后完成入住申请 -选拔标准:：如果申请人数超过宿舍的接纳能力，将根据以下选拔标准，可能被替换为其他宿舍或未被选拔。 ※ 奖罚分中分数越高，优先考虑为选拔对象。 ※ 若奖罚分数相同，上一学期成绩越高，优先考虑为选拔对象。
研究生新生	- 申请方法: 延世portal(portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → 使用考试号码登录 → 宿舍 → 入住申请（新生-研究生新生）→ 确认内容后完成入住申请
备注	※ 在申请界面中，务必仔细确认并填写‘宿舍类型’、‘生活馆区分’、‘房间类型’ -填写完申请表后，需要按下最终提交按钮才能完成申请。停留在中间保存状态下是无法完成申请的

※ 关于选拔标准...

1) 奖罚分以最近一次入住的一个学期为准

- 最近一次入住的一个学期是指？：指学生本人最后一次入住宿舍的那个学期

(例1) 如果在2022年第一学期入住后，首次在2024年第二学期入住，则以2022年第一学期的奖罚分记录为准

(例2) 如果在2024年第一学期入住后，再次在2024年第二学期入住，则以2024年第一学期的奖罚分记录为准

2) 成绩以入住前最后一个学期为准

- 入住前最后一个学期是指？：无论是否入住宿舍，指最后一次正式在校学习的学期

(例) 如果一直学习至2022年第二学期，然后休学后在2024年第一学期入住，则以2022年第二学期的成绩为准

※ 限制入住者标准

1) 2024学年度第二学期休学生

2) 成绩：1.74或以下 / 奖罚分累计：-10分或以下

3) 最近6个月内被强制退宿者”

4. 可申请宿舍

※ 本学期梅芝3宿舍以3人1寝的模式运营。

※ 研究生可以申请梅芝3宿舍或者青延宿舍。

※ 如果是一年级RC项目的对象，可能会被分配到与申请的宿舍不同的宿舍。

※ 如果一年级RC申请了RC不可申请的宿舍，则会被替换为其他宿舍。

※ 通过portal网站提交的入住申请一旦提交完成，将无法修改，请注意。

※ 如果申请人数特别多，根据选拔标准，选拔结果可能会有变动，请参考。

※ 生活馆内不设餐厅，因此入住费中不包含餐费，可以使用校内餐厅用餐或在休息室简单烹饪食物。

※ 残疾人室的申请另行接受。（格式资料室-个别入住申请格式-下载附件‘入住申请书’并填写，连同证明文件一起发送到生活馆邮箱 dormi123@yonsei.ac.kr）

5. 公布选拔结果：2024年7月25日（周四）17:00后可在延世portal网站上查询

※ 个别选拔结果查询：延世portal → 登录 → 宿舍 → 入住信息查询

※ 根据选拔标准的选拔结果指南：生活馆网站 → 计划在公告事项（入·退宿）公告栏展示

6. 宿生会费相关通知

※ 宿生会费用于购买和维修生活馆内的福利物品（微波炉、电炉、吸尘器、钢琴等），以及进行增进宿生福利的项目。

7. 打印缴费单及注册（支付入住费）：2024年7月26日（周五）10:00 – 7月31日（周三）15:00

※ 如果在规定期间内未支付，将在不另行通知的情况下取消选拔（无额外注册（缴费）期间）

※ 查看缴费单方法：延世portal → 登录 → 宿舍 → 宿舍费缴费单

8. 室友申请：2024年8月2日(周五) 10:00 ~ 8月5日(周一) 15:00

※ 申请的室友只有住在同一宿舍的情况下才能成为室友，否则房间将被随机分配。

9. 居住期间：2024年8月25日（周日）13:00 ~ 12月21日（周六）12:00（中午）（共118晚）

※ 无法在入住开始日之前入住。

※ 通过快递配送的行李在入住日之前到达的情况下不提供单独保管。

⃞ 入住对象及入住当日必须提交的文件指南

1. 入住对象：2024-2学期在校学生

A. 2024学年度第二学期休学生

B. 成绩（上一学期）：1.74以下 / 奖罚分累计（最近入住学年度）：奖罚分累计 -10分或以下

C. 最近6个月内被强制退宿者

2. 入住当日程序：提交必要文件 → 本人身份认证 → 领取门禁卡 → 入住

※ 入住时若发现与传染病相关的异常，会被限制入住

※ 外部人员出入：2024. 8. 25.(周日) 13:00~21:00, 只能是入住时帮助搬行李（搬完行李必须要立即离开）

3. 入住时需提交的文件（★★未提交则无法入住）

1) 结核检查确认书1份（胸部X光检查）

※ 2024年1学期提交过的学生除外

※ 只有2024.1.1以后的检查结果才有效

2) 传染病预防规则遵守承诺书1份（参考附件文件）

□ 参考事项

1. 入住费退款规定指南

部分退款 (入住以后中途退舍&申请退款)	在2024年8月25日（周日）至11月23日（周六）期间申请退款的情况 [入住费 - (违约金 + 使用期间费用)]将被退还 ※违约金 = 入住费的20%（四舍五入至韩币1元） ※即使实际未入住，入住时间也从8月25日（周日）开始计算，请注意。 ※入住期间是基于入住夜数计算的，每晚的费用可以在上述入住费通知中确认。 ※被强制退宿的情况下，6个月内不能重新入住，且退款为官方入住日起第13周内，退款金额为已支付入住费扣除违约金（入住费的20%）后剩余天数的70%。但在第13周后被强制退宿，将不会有退款。
3不可退款	2024年11月24日(周日) 以后申请退款将无法退款

※ 退款申请方法：延世portal-学生信息系统-宿舍菜单-退款申请

1) 截至2024年8月24日: 入社信息查询-放弃选拔

2) 自2024年8月25日起: 中途辞职申请

※ 退款申请提交后大约需要2~3周时间，请注意。

2. 入住时的注意事项

A. 准备物品：身份证、个人卫生用品、洗漱用具、个人床上用品、网线（无线路由器）

※ 仅限于梅芝1,2,3学舍，每个宿舍室提供无线WIFI，因此不需要个人路由器（但无法使用有线互联网）
