2023-2학기 추가모집 안내

원주생활관에서는 등록 취소 및 환불 신청으로 인하여 공실이 발생한 일부 학사에 한해 추가모집을 진행합니다. 2023-2학기에 학업을 위해 생활관 입사를 희망하시는 분들은 아래 일정에 맞추어 추가신청 및 등록을 완료해주시기 바랍니다. 더불어, 기숙사생 여러분의 안전을 위해 참고사항 및 유의사항을 반드시 충분히 숙지하시고 신청해주시기 바랍니다.

※ 원주생활관 추가모집에 대한 입사 신청은 연세포탈을 통해서만 접수 가능합니다.

그동안 생활관 홈페이지로 입사 신청을 해왔던 대학원생, 그리고 21학번 이전 치위생학과 학생들 또한 연세포탈을 통해서 입사 신청을 진행해주시면 됩니다.

※ 2023년 2학기부터 매지 1학사 내 100개 사생실이 2인실로 운영됨을 알려드립니다.

1. 추가 신청 대상: 연세대학교 미래캠퍼스 재학생 중 2023-2학기 입사 희망자

- 입사제한자도 추가 입사 신청 가능

※ 단, 2023-1학기 강제 퇴사자는 추가신청 대상에서 제외

※ 직전학기 성적(GPA 1.74이하) 제한 또는 2023-2학기 휴학에 따른 입사제한자 → 본문 하단의 ‘학업계획서’ 양식을 받아 작성 후 ‘첨부파일’란에 첨부 및 제출

※ 상벌점 누계 –10점 이하에 따른 입사제한자 → 본문 하단의 ‘봉사활동 계획서’ 양식을 받아 작성 후 ‘첨부파일’란에 첨부 및 제출

3. 신청 방법

학부생 및 대학원생	- 신청 방법: 연세포탈(portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → 로그인 → 기숙사 → 입사신청(재학생) → 내용 확인 후 입사 신청 완료 - 선발 기준: 학사 수용인원보다 신청 인원이 많을 경우, 아래 선발 기준에 따라 다른 기숙사로 대체 선발되거나 미선발될 수 있음. ※ 상·벌점 누계가 높을수록 우선 선발. ※ 상·벌점 누계가 동점일 경우, 직전학기 성적이 높을수록 우선 선발.
대학원 신입생

※ 선발 기준에 대해...

1) 상・벌점은 최근 입사했던 한 학기를 기준으로 합니다
- 최근 입사했던 한 학기란?: 학생 본인이 가장 마지막으로 기숙사에 입사했던 한 학기
(예) 2022년 1학기에 입사한 뒤에 처음으로 2023년 2학기에 입사하게 된다면, 2022년 1학기의 상․벌점 기록을 기준으로 적용

2) 성적은 기숙사 입사 여부와 상관없이 가장 마지막으로 재학 중이던 학기를 기준으로 합니다

(예) 2021년 2학기까지 재학하고 휴학 후에 2023년 2학기에 입사하게 된다면, 2021년 2학기의 성적을 기준으로 적용

4. 선발 결과 발표: 2023. 08. 14(월) 17:00 이후 연세포탈에서 확인 가능

※ 개별 선발 결과 확인: 연세포탈 → 로그인 → 기숙사 → 입사정보조회

※ 선발기준에 따른 선발 결과 안내: 생활관 홈페이지 → 공지사항(입·퇴사)

5. 등록 기간(입사비 납부 기간): 2023. 08. 14.(월) 17:00 ~ 08. 16.(수) 16:00

※ 정해진 기간 내에 납부하지 않으면 개별 연락 없이 선발 취소 (추가 등록(납입)기간은 없음)

※ 입사비 납부 고지서 확인 방법: 연세포탈 → 로그인 → 기숙사 → 기숙사비고지서

6. 거주 기간: 2023. 08. 27.(일) 13:00 ~ 12. 22.(금) 12:00(정오) (총 117박)

※ 입사 시작일 이전 입사는 불가능합니다.

※ 1학년 RC 프로그램 대상자인 경우, 본인이 신청한 학사와 다른 학사에 배정될 수 있습니다.

※ 1학년 RC가 RC 신청불가인 학사에 입사신청을 했을 경우, 다른 학사로 대체선발됩니다.

※ 신청 인원이 현저히 많을 경우, 선발 기준에 따라 변경 선발될 수 있으니 참고 바랍니다.

※ 포탈을 통한 입사신청내역은 제출 완료 후 수정이 불가하다는 점 유의 바랍니다.

6. 입사비 환불 규정 안내

입사기간 중 취소 (일부 환불)	2023. 08. 27.(일) ~ 11. 28.(화) 기간 중에 환불 신청한 경우 [입사비 - (위약금 + 입사 기간 사용료)]의 금액 환불 ※ 위약금 = 입사비의 20% (1원 단위 절사) ※ 방법: 연세포탈-로그인-기숙사-“중도퇴사신청” 메뉴에서 퇴사신청 접수 ※ 입사기간은 실제 입사일과는 무관하게 공식 입사일인 8/27(일)부터 산출되니 주의 바랍니다. ※ 입사 기간은 박 수를 기준으로 계산되며, 1박 단가는 위의 입사비 안내에서 확인 가능합니다. ※ 강제퇴사된 경우에는 6개월 이내에 재입사 할 수 없으며, 환불은 공식 입사일로부터 13주차까지는 납부된 입사비에서 위약금(입사비의 20%)을 공제한 후 잔여일수 환불금액의 70%가 환불됩니다. 단, 13주차 이후 강제퇴사 시 환불금액은 없습니다.
환불 불가	2023. 11. 28.(화) 이후 환불 신청자

※ 학기 중에 퇴사할 경우 퇴사 및 환불 신청서를 작성하여 제출하고, 절차에 따라 퇴사합니다.

※ 비대면 수업 또는 개인사정으로 인해 입사 신청한 학생이 기숙사에 실제 입사하지 않더라도 자동적으로 전액 환불이 진행되지는 않습니다. 환불은 학생이 직접 신청해주셔야 진행되며, 환불규정은

아래를 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

※ 환불 신청 방법: 생활관 홈페이지 → 서식 자료실 → ‘퇴사 및 환불 신청서’ 게시글 → 구글 폼 작성

※ 환불은 신청서가 접수되고 약 2~3주 정도 소요될 수 있으니 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

7. 입사 시 필수 제출서류, 입사 절차 등 입사 관련 유의사항은 아래 생활관 공지사항을 참고 바랍니다.

Notice for Additional Dormitory Application for Fall, 2023

Wonju Housing Office is carrying out additional application for vacancies in certain dorms due to registration cancellation and refund.

For the students willing to live in the dormitory for the Fall semester of 2023, please be aware of the information below and complete the application.

※ Official Dormitory Application is done only through Yonsei Portal.

※ From the fall semester of 2023, 100 rooms in Maeji 1 dorm will be operated as double rooms.

1. Additional Application Subject: Students unselected for the dormitory residency for Fall, 2023.

2. Application Period: 2023.08.10.(Thu) 11:00~ 8.13.(Sun) 23:59

3. How to apply

Graduate and Undergraduate	- How to apply: Yonsei Portal(portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Login → Dormitory → Dormitory Application → Check info. and complete the application - Selection Criteria: If there are too many students applying for a certain dormitory, students may be assigned in another dormitory or not selected based on the selection criteria below ※ The higher the cumulative number of merit and demerit points, the higher the possibility of the selection. ※ If the cumulative merit and demerit points are tie, the higher the GPA of the most recent year of enrollment. the higher the possibility of the selection.
First-year in "grad school"
Remarks	※ Please make sure to check the ‘Type of Dormitory,’ ‘Dormitory Classification.’ and ‘Type of Room’ when applying , and fill it out carefully.

※ About the Selection Criteria...

1) Merit·Demerit points are based on the recent year when the student lived in dorm.
- Recent Year?: the most recent semester the student lived in the dorm
(e.g.1) If a student lived in the dorm during the spring semester of 2022 and applies for the Fall semester of 2023, the merit and demerit points from 2022-1 will be considered.

2) GPA is based on the recent semester which the student enrolled, whether he/she lived in the dorm or not.

(e.g.1) If a student applied for leave of absence after the Fall semester of 2021 and applies for the dorm residence in the Fall semester of 2023, GPA of 2021-2 will be considered.

※ Entrance Restriction

1) Student who will apply for leave of absence for fall semester of 2023 ▶Need to upload a file(Volunteer work plan) on yonei portal

2) GPA: Less than 1.74 / Merit·Demerit Points: Less than –10 points ▶ Need to upload a file(statement of study plan) on yonei portal

3) Student expelled from dorm within 6 months ▶ Restricted to live in dorm this semester

4. Result Notice: Check Yonsei Portal for the result on 2023. 08. 14(Mon) 17:00.

※ Check individual selection result: Yonsei Portal → Login → Dormitory → Dormitory information check

※ Result Notice based on the selection criteria: Wonju Housing Office Website → 공지사항(입·퇴사)

5. Registration Period (Fee payment): 2023. 08. 14.(Mon) 17:00 ~ 08. 16.(Wed) 16:00

※ If you do not pay within the period, your application will be automatically cancelled without notice. (There is no additional registration period, so be on time.)

※ How to check the bill: Yonsei Portal → Login → Dormitory → 기숙사비고지서

6. Residency Period: 2023. 08. 27.(Sun) 13:00 ~ 12. 22.(Fri) 12:00(Noon) (117 Nights)

※ Students cannot check-in before the residency period, and any outsiders are not allowed to enter dormitory to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

※ If a student needs to take the RC program, he/she might be assigned to the dormitory which he/she did not apply.

※ If freshmen applied to unapplicable dorm, he/she may be assigned to different dorm.

※ Please be aware that dormitory application submitted through Yonsei Portal is not revisable.

※ If there are too many students apply for a certain dormitory, some of those students may be assigned to a different dorm from the one you applied for.

6. Refund Policy

Cancel before check-in period (Full Refund)	If refund was applied until 2023. 08. 26.(Sat) ※ How to: Yonsei Portal-Log in-Dormitory-Dormitory information check -Click a button "선발포기"(Cancel before check-in) ※ The refund will be processed to the account registered in Yonsei Portal. ※ If a student who applied for a roommate applies for a refund near the check-in date, the other student designated as a roommate will be randomly assigned. (Random allocation regardless of nationality, major etc.)
Cancel during check-in period (Partial Refund)	If refund was applied between 2023. 08. 27.(Sun) ~ 11. 28.(Tue) [Dorm fee - (Cancellation charge + Calculated fee)] ※ Cancellation fee = 20% of dorm fee ※ How to : Yonsei Portal-Dormitory-Application for "중도퇴사신청"(Apply for Early check-out) ※ Days will be calculated from Aug. 27th( the official date of check-in), regardless of the actual date of your check-in. ※ Days will be calculated by nights. ※ If you were expelled, you cannot apply to the dorm within 6 months. And until the 13th week from the start of residency period, there will be partial refund. However, there is not refund after the 13th week.
No Refund	If refund was applied after 2023. 11. 28.(Tue)

※ Refund procedures may take 2~3 weeks.
