2020학년도 겨울방학 대학원생 입사 신청 안내
Housing application Notice (Graduate students) for Winter vacation in 2020

1. 신청대상 Eligibility

연세대학교 재학중인 대학원생 (휴학생 포함)
Graduate students in school (including students who have taken leave of absence)

2. 신청방법 Application

ycms.yonsei.ac.kr/wjdorm (Log-in) → 입사신청 (Click Apply) → 입사신청 (대학원생) Click Apply (Graduate students) → 입사신청서 작성 Fill out application form → 개인정보 수집 동의 Agree to use of personal info → 신청 Click Apply

※ 입사 신청 완료후 입사신청 내역에서 신청이 잘 되었는지 확인 필수

※ 새로운 생활관 홈페이지 개설 작업이 진행중으로 서버가 불안정할 수 있습니다. 입사 신청시 문제가 발생할 경우 신청기간 내 생활관 사무실로 연락 주시기 바랍니다.

※ After completing the application, it is necessary to check whether the application was successful in the application Info.

※ The server may be unstable as the new dormitory homepage is being opened. If you encounter any problems during application, please let us know quickly.

※ Students who receive scholarship for the dorm need to submit the application form via our website. Furthermore, if these students have applied for Maeji 3 dorm, they do not have to pay the amount.

3. 신청기간 Application period
2020/11/19 (Thu) 09:30 ~ 11/26 (Thu) 23:59

4. 등록기간 Payment period
2020/11/30 (Mon) 09:30 ~ 12/3 (Thu) 23:59

5. 등록방법 Payment
등록기간 내 홈페이지 로그인 Go to ycms.yonsei.ac.kr/wjdorm & log-in during payment period → 입사신청 (Click Apply) → 입사신청 내역 Click Application Info → 등록 안내란 가상계좌번호 확인 Check your assigned bank account number at 등록 안내 (Registration)→ 해당 계좌 입금 Pay with selected account

※ 기간(시간) 내 미등록자는 자동취소 (기간 및 시간 엄수) If you do not pay the fee during this period, your application will be cancelled.

※ 본인 이름 입금 Deposit must be done in your name

6. 입사기간 Period of residency
2020/12/22 14:00 ~ 2021/2/27 12:00 (대학원 입사 Residency type only for Grad students)
※ 대학원생은 이 입사 기간만 신청 가능 / Graduate students can apply only during this period
※ 입·퇴사 기간 및 시간 엄수 / Be punctual when you check in and out
※ 12/22 대학원 입사자는 본인이 청소하고 입사 (청소 지원 불가)

※ Cleaning service is not available on Dec 22nd due to immediate move

7. 개방학사 및 입사비 (Types of Dorm & Fee)

※ 코로나19 감염예방을 위해 20-겨울 학기에 한하여 1인 1실 배정 예정

※ Single room will be allocated in 20-Winter semester for the prevention of COVID-19 infection.

※ Foreign students who wants to live in Cheongyeon dorm should pay the difference amount between Cheongyeon and Maeji 3 dorm (₩346,390)

8. 입사비 환불 Refund policy

* 퇴사일 기준 → 짐 정리 및 카드키 반납이 완료된 날 기준으로 함
Considering date of checking out → Room cleaned & Return the card key

※ 환불신청: 생활관 홈페이지→서식 자료실→‘퇴사 및 환불신청서’를 이메일 (mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)로
접수 (환불은 신청서 접수 후 2~3주 소요)

※ Refund request

Download the application form (퇴사 및 환불신청서:Refund request) at the dormitory web site → “Community” → Form Archive → Send an email mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr (Refund procedure generally takes from two to three weeks.)

9. 입사 시 유의사항 Remarks when you check in

가. 입사 당일 절차

1) 본인확인 → 발열 체크 및 호흡기 증상 확인 → 서류 제출 → 입사

※ 입사 시 마스크 착용 필수

※ 발열, 호흡기 증상, 이동 경로 등 이상 유무 확인 시 입사 제한 가능

※ 코로나19 확진자와 접촉한 학생은 증상 유무와 관계없이 입사 불가

※ 코로나19 감염 예방을 위해 학부모 및 기타 외부인의 기숙사 출입 금지

나. 제출 서류 (이미 기숙사 거주 중인 학생은 추가 서류 제출 없음)

1) 출입국 사실 증명서 1부 (12/1 ~ 입사 전날)

※ ‘정부 24’ 홈페이지에서 출력 가능

※ 외국에서 입국한 지 14일이 경과한 이후 입사 가능

※ 출입국 사실이 없더라도 제출 필요

※ 외국인 학생은 출입국 사실 증명 가능한 여권 제시 또는 E-Ticket 사본 제출

2) 입사전 서약서 1부 (첨부파일 참조)

3) 초기 건강상태 기록지 1부 (첨부파일 참조)

다. 준비 물품

마스크, 손세정제 등 개인 위생물품, 개인 침구류, 세면도구, 랜선(무선 공유기), 개인 체온계

A. Check-in Procedure

ID Check -> Check body temperature·respiratory symptoms → Submit required document → Check in

※ Students must wear a mask when checking in

※ You will not able to check in if you had any problems such as fever, respiratory symptoms, your path of travel etc

※ Students who contacted COVID-19 patients are prohibited to live in dormitory

※ Outsiders, such as parents and friends, are not allowed to enter dorm in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19

B. Required Papers (For foreign students)

1) Passport or copy of E-ticket (Certificate that shows your date of entry)

2) Written Pledge (page 1)

3) Initial health status record (page 1)

※ Fill out attached file and submit when checking in

※ Students who are currently living in the dorm (20-fall semester) do not have to submit required document.

C. Preparation Items

Face mask, individual sanitary products, beddings, LAN cable (Wireless router), personal thermometer.

10. 기타 안내사항 Further notice

※ 위 입사 기간 외에는 신청 불가하므로 기간을 잘 확인하고 신청 바랍니다.

※ 겨울 방학에 입사하지 않는 사생은 20/12/22 낮 12시까지 방 청소, 생활관 대여 물품 반납, 짐 정리를 마치고 안내실에 카드키 반납 후 퇴사해 주시기 바랍니다. 이를 어길시 퇴사 이후 벌점을 받을 수 있습니다.

※ 카드키 미반납시 교내 각종 증명 발급이 제한될 수 있습니다.

※ 외국인 학생을 위한 짐 보관 안내는 별도 공지를 참조하기 바랍니다.

※ 방학 중 학교 일정 및 외부개방 등 행사 진행이 이루어질 수 있습니다.

※ 방학중 시설 보수 관계로 소음이 발생할 수 있으니 양해해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 겨울철 실내온도는 일정 온도로 지정 및 중앙 제어됩니다.

※ Applications or payment will not be allowed after deadline. Please be punctual.

※ Students who check out before Winter vacation must clean their room, returning borrowed item by 12:00pm on December 22nd. And return your card key.

※ When checking out, the seats you used (beds, desks, closets, etc.) must be cleaned up for newcomers. If you check out without clearing your luggage, you can get penalty points.

※ If you check out without returning the card key, various school certificates may not be issued.

※ Refer to the another notice for information on storing luggage for foreign students.

※ Indoor temperature in winter vacation is designated to a certain temperature. (central control)

※ Noise may occur due to facility maintenance or School (Non-school) events.

※ Maintenance of facilities might cause some inconveniences.
