2020-여름학기 원주생활관 제한적 입사 신청 안내 (학부생)

코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 제한적으로 대면 강의가 실시됨에 따라, 제한적 입사 신청을 다음과 같이 진행합니다.

1. 신청대상: 연세대학교 학부생 중 (1) 교내근로 (2) 대면 강의(실험 및 실습) 수강 (3) 국내 거주지가 없는 외국인 등 생활관 거주 희망자

2. 신청기간: 2020.6.2.(화) 10:00 ~ 6.8.(월) 22:00

3. 등록기간: 2020.6.11.(목) 10:00 ~ 6.14.(일) 22:00

4. 신청방법:

연세포탈 → 학사정보시스템 → 학사관리 → 학교생활 → 원주기숙사 → 입사신청

※ 신청화면에서 “입사구분” 선택 시 학사 및 기간 (1)계절입사: 6.29~7.22 (청연학사) (2)장기입사: 6.27~8.21 (청연학사) 을 확인 후 선택

※ (필수) 신청 화면 '특이사항'을 구체적으로 작성
(예) (1)대면강의 수강 (과목명:__) (2)교내근로 (근로부서명:__ ) (3)학부연구 (연구실명:__ 교수명:__) (4)교내 공식 프로그램 (프로그램명:__ )

※ '특이사항'란이 공란이거나 허위 작성일 경우 입사 신청 대상에서 제외

5. 등록방법

입사신청 후 위의 등록 기간에 연세포탈 화면에서 개별 가상 계좌번호 및 금액 확인
→ 해당 계좌번호로 입금 (본인 이름 입금 필수)
※ 기간(시간) 내 미등록자는 자동취소(기간 및 시간 엄수)

※ 현재 기숙사에 살고 있는 학생이 신청서를 제출 하는 경우 2주 이내에 방 이동 공지 예정

※ 코로나19 감염예방 및 안전을 위해 2020-여름학기(~8.21까지)에 한하여 1인 1실 배정

(기존 거주 사생은 룸메이트와 상의하여 선택적 이동)

※ 코로나19 사태의 어려움을 감안하여 2020-여름학기(~8.21까지)에 한하여 기존 입사비의 70%로 입사비 책정

※ 수용 가능 인원을 초과 시 세연학사(1인 1실) 배정 가능

※ 2020-여름학기 중 매지3학사는 배관 공사 예정으로 개방하지 않음

8. 입사비 환불
*퇴사일 기준 → 짐 정리 및 카드키 반납이 완료된 날 기준으로 함

※ 코로나19사태의 어려움을 감안하여 2020-여름학기(~8.21까지) 중도퇴사 위약금 면제

※ 환불신청: 생활관 홈페이지 - 서식 자료실 - ‘퇴사 및 환불신청서’를 E-mail (mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)로 접수 (환불은 신청서 접수 후 2~3주 소요)

9. 입사 시 유의사항

가. 입사 당일 절차

본인확인 → 발열 체크 → 초기 건강상태 기록지(안내실 배부) 작성 → 입사

나. 제출 서류: 출입국 사실 증명서 1부 (6/1 ~ 입사 하루 전날)
※ 외국에서 입국한 지 14일이 경과한 이후 입사 가능

다. 준비 물품: 마스크, 손 세정제 등 개인 위생 물품

※ 입사 시 마스크 착용 필수

※ 발열, 호흡기 증상, 이동 경로 등 이상 유무 확인 시 입사가 제한될 수 있습니다.

※ 코로나19 확진자와 접촉한 학생은 증상 유무와 관계없이 14일 경과 후 입사 가능

※ 코로나19 감염 예방을 위해 학부모 및 기타 외부인의 기숙사 출입은 금지

10. 기타 안내사항

※ 위 입사 기간 외에는 신청 불가하므로 기간을 잘 확인하고 신청 바랍니다.

※ 여름방학에 입사하지 않는 사생은 20. 06. 27.(토) 낮 12시까지 짐을 모두 정리하고 카드키 반납 후 퇴사해야 합니다.

※ 외국인 학생을 위한 짐 보관 안내는 별도 공지를 참조하기 바랍니다

※ 퇴사할 때는 본인이 사용한 자리(침대, 책상, 옷장 등)는 다음 사용자를 위해 깨끗이 정리하고 퇴사하기 바랍니다. 짐을 치우지 않고 퇴사할 경우 벌점을 받을 수 있습니다.

※ 카드키 미반납 후 퇴사할 경우 교내 각종 증명 발급이 제한될 수 있습니다

※ 방학 중 학교 일정 및 외부개방 등 행사 진행이 이루어질 수 있습니다.

※ 여름철 실내온도는 일정 온도로 지정 및 중앙 제어됩니다.

※ 시설 보수 관계로 소음이 발생할 수 있으므로 양해해 주시기 바랍니다.

Housing Application for summer vacation 2020 (Undergraduate students)

Due to the decision by university, which concerns the continuation of the online courses, Housing Office will not open the dormitory. However, for students who have to come to the campus can apply for the dormitory separately.

1. Eligibility: Yonsei Students who (1)work at the campus (2)join a face-to-face class (experiment or practice) (3)do not have address in Korea (foreigners)

2. Application period: 2020.6.2.(Tue) 10:00 ~ 6.8.(Mon) 22:00

3. Payment period: 2020.6.11.(Thu) 10:00 ~ 6.14.(Sun) 22:00

4. Application:

http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr → Academic Information System → Academic Management System → School life → Wonju Dormitory → Application → 미래캠퍼스 기숙사신청(계절학기) → Check after understanding rules → Choose from 입사구분 → Click “신청”

※ When selecting a category on “입사구분”, please check the period carefully and select it. (1)계절입사(Type A): 6.29~7.22 (2)장기입사(Type B): 6.27~8.21

※ When applying, it is necessary to fill out the reason for check in on the '특이사항'
→ (e.g.) Internship of the Linc ACE+ in the school

5. Payment

http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr → Login → Academic Information System → Academic Management System → School Life → Payment → 학기선택 (정규학기 or 계절학기) → Click 고지서 조회 (printer icon) → Pay with selected account

※ Deposit must be done in your name.

※ If you do not pay the fee during this period, your application will be cancelled.

※ Please be punctual when you check in and out
※ Housing Office can not provide any cleaning service for the room due to immediate move.
※ Another check in notice will be shown in August for students who continue to live in the dormitory from August 21.

※ If students who are currently living in the dormitory submits an application, the room will be announced within 2 weeks.

※ One room per person is allocated for the 2020-summer semester(~8.21) for the prevention and safety of COVID-19 infection. (Previous residents can move selectively after talking to their roommate)

※ Considering the situation, there will be 30% discount on dorm fee. (Only for 2020-Summer semester)

※ If the number of students exceeds the capacity, Seyeon dorm (one room per person) can be assigned.

※ During the 2020-Summer semester, the plumbing work will be carried out in Maeji3. So it will be closed.

8. Refund policy

※ When checking out in the middle of semeseter, cancellation fee will be exempted for the 2020-summer semester (~8.21) considering the difficulties of the COVID-19

※ Refund request : Download the application form (퇴사 및 환불신청서:Refund request) at the dormitory web site → “Community” → Form Archive → Send an email mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr (Refund procedure generally takes for 2 to 3 weeks.)

9. Precautions

A. Check in order

ID check → Check for fever → Write an initial health condition record at the front desk. → Check in

B. Required documents

: Certificate of Entry and Exit (from June 1 to a day before Checking in)
※ After 14 days of entry from abroad, you can check in.

C. Preparation items: personal hygiene items such as masks, hand sanitizers, etc.

※ Masks must be worn when checking in.

※ Admission could be restricted if you have any problems such as fever, respiratory symptoms, and travel route.

※ Students who contact with confirmed cases can enter the dorm after 14 days regardless of symptoms.

※ Parents and outsiders are prohibited from entering the dorm to prevent COVID-19 infection.

10. Further information

※ Application is not allowed except for the period above.

※ Students who check out before summer vacation must clean their room
by 12:00 p.m on Sat, June 27th. And return the card key.

※ Refer to the another notice for information on storing luggage for foreign students.

※ When checking out, the seats you used (beds, desks, closets, etc.) must be cleaned up for newcomers. If you check out without clearing your luggage, you can get penalty points.

※ If you check out without returning the card key, various school certificates may not be issued.

※ During vacation, some events may take place in campus.

※ Indoor temperature in summer is designated to a certain temperature. (central control)

※ Noise may occur due to facility maintenance.
