2019 원주생활관 겨울방학 대학원생 입사신청 안내 (Wonju Housing Office) Winter semester housing for Graduate Students 2019


1. 신청대상 (Eligibility)

연세대학교 대학원생 (Graduate students)


2. 신청방법 (Online application)
생활관 홈페이지(http://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr) → 입사정보 → 개별입사


http://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr → Log-in → Click on “Apply(입사신청)” → Click on the button “개별입사신청(Apply)” at the bottom of the right corner → Fill in the application form → Click on the button “완료(OK)” to complete the application at the bottom of the right corner

※ 장학금으로 입사비를 지원받는 외국인 대학원생들도 반드시 입사신청을 해야 합니다.
※ Students who receive scholarship for the dormitory need to submit the application via website.


3. 신청기간(Application period)
2019. 11. 19.(Tue) 09:30 ~ 11. 28.(Thu) 17:00

4. 등록기간(Payment period)
2019. 12. 2.(Mon) 09:30 ~ 19. 12. 5.(Thu) 16:00


5. 등록방법 (Payment)
입사신청 후 위 등록기간에 "생활관 홈페이지-입사정보"에서 개별 가상 계좌번호 확인 후 해당계좌로 입금.
※ 입금 시 반드시 본인이름으로 입금
※ 기간(시간) 내 미등록자는 자동취소(기간 및 시간 엄수)

You can check your assigned bank account number for your registration. Check your assigned bank account number at “Apply” on the web site during the registration period. Then, deposit the registration fee at the account number.
※ Deposit must be done in the applicant’s name.
※ If you do not pay the fee during this period, your application will be cancelled.


6. 입사기간 (Move-in schedule)
장기연속입사 : 2019. 12. 21.(Sat) 14:00 ~ 2020. 2. 27.(Thu) 12:00 
※ 대학원생은 이 기간만 신청이 가능합니다. 기간을 잘 확인하고 신청하시기 바랍니다.
※ 장기 연속입사자는 청소 지원이 되지 않음을 양해바랍니다.
※ 장기연속입사자(12.21~2.27) 중 20년 1학기에 기존 거주 학사에서 타학사로 이동하는 사생은 20.2.26.(수) 12:00(정오)에 퇴사 후 당일 오후 3시 이후 타학사로 입사하기 바랍니다.

※ Graduate students can apply above one type of schedule only.
※ Housing Office can not provide any cleaning service for the room
due to immediate move.
※ Graduate students(12.21~2.27) who will move to another dormitory in the Spring semester should leave the dorm until 12pm on 26th(Wed) Feb, 2020.
Then, please enter another dormitory after 3pm on that day.

Winter programs or events might be held during the vacation and cause noise.

※ 겨울철 실내온도는 일정 온도로 지정 및 중앙제어 됩니다.

Maintenance of facilities might cause some inconveniences.

※ 시설 보수 관계로 소음이 발생될 수 있습니다. 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.

We appreciate your understanding of inconveniences due to maintenance.


8. 룸메이트 신청
생활관홈페이지 → 입사정보 → 개별입사신청 작성
※ 작성시 룸메이트 정보에 본인을 제외한 룸메이트의 학번, 이름, 학과 순으로 작성해 신청
※ 학번, 이름, 학과를 모두 입력해야 정상 등록됨. (누락 입력시 등록 안됨)
※ 본인 포함 2인 이상일 경우 룸메이트 지정 가능

(빈자리에는 랜덤으로 룸메이트 미신청 학생 입사)
※ 같은 입사 유형 사생(계절-계절 / 장기-장기 / 장기연속-장기연속)끼리만 룸메이트 신청 가능
(계절 – 장기 / 장기 – 장기연속 등의 사생간 룸메이트 신청 불가)
※ 신청기간 이외에는 룸메이트 신청 불가 (랜덤 배정)

Roommate Request
http://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr/ → Application Info. → Click on 개별입사신청 Apply

※ Please fill out the roommate info. (roommate's student ID number, name, and major)

※ Please fill these information out accurately to be registered. (Not registered when there are missing information)

※ Roommates can be assigned to two or more students, including yourself.

※ Only long-term residents (19.12.21~20.2.27) can apply for roommate. (You are not allowed to apply for roommate with residents living other terms such as 19.12.21 ~ 20.2.15 / 19.12.26 ~ 20.1.21)

※ Roommates will be randomly selected after registration period.


9. 준 비 물 : 세면도구, 침구류, 학생증 등
Things to prepare : Toiletries, bedding, student ID card, etc.


10. 입사비 환불 (Refund Policy) (퇴사일 기준)

생활관 홈페이지의 서식자료실에 있는 퇴사 및 환불 신청서를
E-mail (mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)로 접수 (환불처리는 2~3주 소요)

Refund request
Download the application form (퇴사 및 환불신청서:Refund request) at the dormitory web site → “Community” → Form Archive → Send an email mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr 
(Refund procedure generally takes for 2~3 weeks.)
