신청 방법
대학원생
생활관 홈페이지 → 로그인 → 입사신청 → 개별입사신청
- 24시간 출입을 원하는 경우, 개강 이후 사무실로 직접 문의 바랍니다
- 연속 입사를 신청한 경우, 연속 입사자 등록 공지사항을 확인 바랍니다
- 대학원 신입생의 경우에도 홈페이지를 통해 신청합니다
학부생
학사관리시스템에 접속하여 원하는 입실기준 지정 후 신청
- 1학기와 동일 학사를 신청한 경우 우선 선발
- 1학기와 다른 학사 신청 시, 가능 인원 내에서 입사선발 기준에 의해 선발
(입사선발 기준은 아래 ‘재학생 전체’에서 확인 가능)
- 1학년(또는 RC프로그램 이수 대상자)의 경우 아래 지정된 학사만 신청 가능
남: 매지3인실, 세연3인실, 청연3인실 / 여: 매지3인실, 청연3인실
4. 사생회비 선택 기간: 7. 15.(월) 10:00 ~ 7. 16.(화) 17:00
※ 학사 포탈에서 선택 가능하며, 기간 내에 아무런 선택을 하지 않는 경우 납부하는 것으로 간주됨
5. 고지서 출력 및 등록(납입): 7. 17.(수) 10:00 ~ 7. 19.(금) 16:00 【추가 등록(납입)기간 없음】
6. 1학기 상․벌점 반영 마감: 6. 30.(일) 24:00까지 (이후 정정 및 봉사활동 반영 안 됨)

신청 방법
대학원생
생활관 홈페이지 → 로그인 → 입사신청 → 개별입사신청

학부생
학사관리시스템에 접속하여 원하는 입실기준 지정 후 신청
- 학사 수용인원보다 신청 인원이 많을 경우, 순위에 따라 다른 학사로 임의 변경 선발
◦ 1순위 : 벌점 내역이 0~3점인 학생 (상·벌점계 > 상점계 > 성적)
◦ 2순위 : 벌점 내역이 4점 이상인 학생 (상·벌점계 > 상점계 > 성적)
※ 상·벌점 누계가 동일한 경우, 상점 누계가 많은 학생을 우선 선발
※ 상점 누계까지 동점인 경우, 직전학기 성적에 따라 선발

□ 공통사항
1. 폐결핵 확인
가. 1학기 입사생(1학기 검진자)은 제출 불필요
나. 2학기 신규 입사생 유료 결핵검진 안내 (봄학기에 이어서 생활관을 이용하는 경우 검사 면제)
- 단체검진에 응하지 않은 학생은 즉시 퇴사 조치
- 결과통지: 정밀검사 대상자는 검사 후 10일 이내 결핵협회에서 개별 통지. 그 외는 별도 통보 없음.
2. 입사불가
가. 2019학년도 2학기 기준 휴학생
나. 성적 (입사 직전학기): 1.74 이하 / 상․벌점 누계 (최근 입사년도): 벌점 10점 이상
3. 선발 기준 설명
1) 상・벌점은 최근 입사학년도를 기준으로 합니다
- 최근 입사학년도란?: 학생 본인이 가장 마지막으로 기숙사에 입사했던 해
(예1) 2016년 1~2학기에 입사한 뒤에 처음으로 2019년 2학기에 입사하게 된다면, 2016년도의 상․벌점 기록을 기준으로 적용
(예2) 2017년에는 1학기에만 입사한 뒤에 처음으로 2019년 2학기에 입사하게 된다면, 2017년 1학기의 상․벌점 기록만을 기준으로 적용
2) 성적은 입사 직전학기를 기준으로 합니다
- 입사 직전학기란?: 기숙사에 있었든 없었든 가장 마지막으로 재학 중이던 학기
(예1) 2016년 2학기까지 재학하고 휴학 후에 2019년 2학기에 복학 및 입사하게 된다면, 2016년 2학기의 성적을 기준으로 적용
(예2) 현재(2019년 1학기) 재학 중이며 2019년 2학기에도 입사하고자 한다면, 현재 학기(2019년 1학기)의 성적을 기준으로 적용
4. 입사비 (사생회비 4,000원 미포함 시)
① 매지 3인실: 543,780원
② 매지 4인실: 527,820원
③ 세연 2인실, 청연 3인실: 1,117,200원
④ 세연 3인실: 820,800원
5. 룸메이트 신청
가. 신청기간: 8. 12.(월) 10:00 ~ 8. 16.(금) 17:00
1) 재학생: 학사관리시스템으로 접속하여 룸메이트 지정 (RC 대상자는 RC 대상자끼리만 가능)
2) 대학원생: 입사 신청 시에 작성
- 입사 신청 시에 작성을 못한 경우, 학번, 이름, 성별, 연락처 기재하여 이메일로 신청 (dormi123@yonsei.ac.kr)
- 대학원생이 학부생과 룸메이트 신청 시, 24시간 출입이 제한될 수 있음
3) 비고: 지정할 룸메이트의 생활패턴 및 흡연, 코골이, 잠버릇 등을 신중히 고려하여 지정하기 바라며 한 번 지정된 룸메이트는 변경 불가
※ 기간 내에 지정하지 않으면 임의로 배정되며, 차후 룸메이트 지정 및 호실 변경은 불가
나. 수면패턴 조사: 7. 22.(월) 10:00 ~ 8. 16.(금) 17:00
- 생활관 홈페이지에서 입력 (http://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr) [설문조사 탭에서 확인 가능]
- 개인의 수면패턴은 방 배정에 있어 최우선 순위로 고려할 것이며, 미참여 학생은 무작위로 배정
다. 외국 교환학생과 룸메이트 희망자 (가능한 범위 내에서 배정)
- 신청기간: 8. 12.(월) 10:00 ~ 8. 16.(금) 17:00
- 신청방법: 학번, 이름, 성별, 연락처, 희망 언어권을 기재하여 이메일로 신청 (dormi123@yonsei.ac.kr)
라. 세연3학사 특실 신청 (가능한 범위 내에서 배정)
- 신청자격: 세연 2인실 등록 완료한 여학생 중 4명이 함께 룸메이트를 희망하는 경우
- 신청기간: 8. 12.(월) 10:00 ~ 8. 16.(금) 17:00
- 신청방법: 학번, 이름, 성별, 연락처를 기재하여 4명 중 1명이 대표로 이메일로 신청 (dormi123@yonsei.ac.kr)
- 신청 인원이 많은 경우 4명의 상․벌점 평균을 기준으로 선발 예정이며, 결과는 개별 문자 연락

- If a student chooses the same dorm as the Spring semester, he/she will be selected automatically.
- If a student chooses the other dorm, he/she has to go through selection procedure with the criteria (Criteria is written below)
- Freshmen can only choose the dorm stated below due to RC program

※ If sum of merit․demerit is the same, student who has more merit points will be prioritized.
※ If students have the same result even with merit points, student who has higher GPA will be prioritized.

1. Tuberculosis Check-up Notice
A. Students who lived in Spring semester do not have to take it
B. Students who newly applied for Fall semester
- TB checkup is mandatory for all students
- If TB is found, TB association will directly contact to the student.
- See the notice on TB check-up on September.
2. Application Restriction
A. Student who will apply for leave of absence for Fall semester of 2019
B. GPA: Less than 1.75 / Merit․Demerit Points: Less than –10 points
3. About the Selection Criteria
1) Merit․Demerit points are based on the recent year when the student lived in dorm.
- Recent Year?
(e.g.1) If the student lived in dorm in 2016(both semesters) and applies for Fall semester in 2019, the merit and demerit points from 2016 will be considered.
(e.g.2) If the student lived in dorm in 2017(only Spring semester) and applies for Fall semester in 2019, the merit and demerit points from Spring semester of 2017 will be considered.
2) GPA is based on the recent semester which the student attended, whether the student lived in dorm or not.
4. Dormitory Fee Info. (Dorm Student Council Fee NOT included)

② Maeji Quadruple: 527,820 Won
③ Seiyon Triple, Cheongyeon Triple: 1,117,200 Won
④ Seiyon Triple: 820,800 Won
5. Application for Roommates
A. Application Period: August 13th (Mon) 10:00 a.m. ~ August 16th (Fri) 05:00 p.m.
1) Undergraduate: Log-in to the Yonsei Portal for application
2) Graduate: Fill out the form during dorm application
- If a graduate student wants to have undergraduate roommate, send an e-mail with following information; student ID, name, gender, contact info. (dormi123@yonsei.ac.kr)
- If a graduate student lives with undergraduate student, Housing Office might not be able to allow 24-hour access card key.
3) Remarks: You cannot change your roommate.
※ If student does not apply for roommate, Housing Office will assign the rooms in random. Room assignment cannot be changed.
B. Survey for Sleeping Pattern: July 22nd (Mon) 10:00 a.m. ~ August 16th (Fri) 05:00 p.m.
- Students can participate the survey in our website (http://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr)
- Housing Office will consider the sleeping pattern the most when assigning rooms
