Housing Application for Summer Vacation 2019
1. 신청대상 : 연세대학교 대학원생
Eligibility : Graduate students
※ 장기연속입사(매지3학사)에 한하여 학부생도 아래 홈페이지에서 신청 가능함.
2. 신청방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr)-> 입사정보 -> 개별입사신청
On-line application procedure :
"https://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr” > Log-in > Click on “Apply(입사신청)” > Click on the button “개별입사신청(Apply)” at the bottom of the right corner > Fill in the application form > Click on the button “완료(OK)” to complete the application at the bottom of the right corner3. 신청기간 : 2019. 5. 22.(수) 09:30 ~ 5. 30.(목) 16:00
Appling period : May. 22nd(Wed), 2019, 09:30 ~ May. 30th(Thu), 2019, 16:00
4. 등록기간 : 2019. 6. 4.(화) 09:30 ~ 6. 6.(목) 16:00
Fee payment (It’s necessary to apply first) :
Jun. 4th(Tue), 2019, 09:30 ~ Jun. 6th(Thr), 2019, 16:005. 등록방법 : 입사신청 후 위 등록기간에 "생활관 홈페이지-입사정보"에서
개별 가상계좌번호 확인 후 해당계좌로 입금.(입금 시 반드시 본인이름으로 입금바람)※ 기간(시간) 내 미등록자는 자동취소(기간 및 시간 엄수)
You can check your assigned bank account number for your registration. Check your bank account number at “Apply” on the website during the registration period. -> Deposit the registration fee at the account number. -> Deposit must be done in the applicant’s name.
※ If you do not pay the fee during this period, your application will be cancelled. ※ Students who received scholarship for the dormitory also need to submit the application via website.
6. 입사기간
장기선입사 : 2019. 6. 22.(토) 14:00 ~ 8. 17.(토) 12:00
장기일반입사 : 2019. 6. 25.(화) 15:00 ~ 8. 17.(토) 12:00
장기연속입사 : 2019. 6. 22.(토) 14:00 ~ 8. 29.(목) 12:00
※ 장기연속입사(매지3학사)에 한해 학부생도 신청 가능
※ 위의 세 가지 타입만 신청이 가능하므로 기간을 확인하시고 신청하시기 바랍니다.
※ 6월 22일 오후 2시 선입사자 및 연속입사자는 청소 지원이 되지 않음을 양해바랍니다.
※ 장학금으로 입사비를 지원받는 외국인 대학원생들도 반드시 입사신청을 해야 합니다.
Move-in Schedule:
1) Schedule-I : Jun. 22nd(Sat), 2019, 14:00 ~ Aug. 17th(Sat), 2019, 12:00
2) Schedule-II : Jun. 25th(Wed), 2019, 15:00~Jun. 17th(Sat), 2019, 12:00
3) Schedule-III : Jun. 22nd(Sat), 2019, 14:00 ~ Aug. 29th(Thr), 2019, 12:00
※ You can apply above three types only, cannot change or choose the other date.
※ If students who are selected one of 3 schedules want to have roommates who selected the other one(e.g. schedule 2 and schedule 3 being in one room), Housing Office cannot provide any cleaning for the room.
※ Students who received scholarship for the dormitory also need to submit the application via website.

※ 방학 중 학교 일정 및 외부개방 행사가 진행될 수 있으니 참고하시기 바랍니다.
Summer programs or events might be held during the summer vacation and cause noise and sound.
※ 여름철 실내온도는 일정 온도로 지정 및 중앙제어 됩니다.
Maintenance of facilities might cause some inconveniences.
※ 시설 보수 관계로 소음이 발생될 수 있습니다. 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.

8. 룸메이트 신청 : 생활관홈페이지 -> 입사정보 -> 개별입사신청 작성 시 룸메이트 정보에
본인을 제외한 룸메이트의 학번, 이름, 학과 순으로 기재하여 신청
Assigning roommates : To assign roommates by themselves, applicants need to write all names of roommates in the roommates’ info. in the application form.※ 학번, 이름, 학과를 모두 입력해야 정상 등록됩니다. 미입력 시 신청이 안됩니다.
※ 2인 이상 지정하면 룸메이트 가능 (빈자리에는 랜덤으로 룸메이트 미신청 학생 입사)
※ 장기입사자와 계절입사자는 룸메이트 신청 불가(장기-장기, 계절-계절만 가능)※ 일반입사자가 선입사자 또는 연속입사자와 룸메이트 할 경우 해당 방은 청소지원 어려움
※ 신청기간 이외에는 룸메이트 신청 불가 (랜덤 배정)
※ If students who selected one of 3 schedules want to have roommates who selected the other one(e.g. schedule 2 and schedule 3 being in one room), Housing Office cannot provide any cleaning for the room.
9. 준 비 물 : 세면도구, 침구류, 학생증 등

E-mail (mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)로 접수 (환불처리는 2~3주 소요)
- How to apply for the refund

at the dormitory website : -> “Community” -> Form Archive
> Send an email at mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr
(Refund procedure generally takes for 2~3 weeks.)11. 기타안내
가. 여름방학에 입사하지 않는 사생은 19. 6. 22(토) 낮 12시까지 짐을 모두 반출하여 퇴사 해야 합니다.
Please Check-out for who are non-residential students during summer vacation before 2019. 6. 22(Sat) noon.
나. 계절 및 장기입사생에 한하여 청연학사 및 매지3학사에 공지된 짐 보관장소에 6월25일 까지 짐을 임시 보관할 수 있습니다.
외국인학생을 위한 짐 보관 안내는 별도 공지 참 조바랍니다.
Only who have applied for Schedule II can keep their luggage until Jun.25th in a place that is notified in Cheongyeon dorm or Maeji 3 dorm. For information on a left-luggage services for foreigners, please check a separate notice.
다. 그 외에 임의로 짐 보관이 확인 될 경우 벌점이 부과될 수 있습니다.
If non-residential baggage is checked, penalty will be imposed.
라. 방학 중 룸메이트가 퇴사한 옆자리에 외국인 입사자와 방을 같이 사용할 수 있습니다.
Foreigners can enter the place that your roommates has left.
마. 룸메이트가 퇴사한 자리에 짐을 올려놓거나 사용할 경우 벌점이 부과될 수 있습니다.
Penalty will be imposed for placing luggage or using the place where the roommate has left.
바. 중도 퇴사할 경우 본인이 사용한 자리(침대, 책상, 옷장등)는 다음 사용자를 위해 깨끗 이 정리하고 퇴사하기 바랍니다.
If you check-out halfway, please make sure that the seats (bed, desk, closet,etc.) and clean up for the next user.
사. 19-1학기부터 매지3학사에 거주하고 있는 학생들이 6월 22일 선입사신청을 할 경우 가능하면 방 이동이 없도록 할 예정입니다.
If students who live in Maeji 3 dorm during spring semester apply for Schedule I or Schedule III , the room will not be changed.
