Certificate Request

Eligibility

  • Current/Enrolled/Graduated students of Wonju/Sinchon/Songdo (Int'l) Campus

Type of Certificate

  • Certificate of : Attendance, Leave of Absence, Academic Transcript, (Expected) Graduation, (Course Work) Completion, Enrollment, (Non) Recipient of Scholarship, and etc.

Fee

  • 500 Won per copy (Current/ Enrolled students), 1000 Won (Alumni) per copy + Postage - Subject to Change

How to Request

  • A) Yourself : Bring your Resident's card to the nearest post office to fill out an Application Form for Mail Service with your name in Korean/English, Type of Certificate, Quantity, Address and Contact Information. Please enclose the completed form and the fee for the certificate in cash in the Post Office envelope and send them to the following address.
  • B) Proxy : Bring a Letter of Attorney and your official ID card along with your applicant's ID card to the nearest post office if you request document for your applicant. Fill out an Application Form for Mail Service with applicant's name in Korean/English, Type of Certificate, Quantity, Address and Contact Information. Please enclose the completed form and the fee for the certificate in cash in the Post Office envelope and send them to the following address.

  • 2, University Service Center (Baegyangnuri B 134), Yonsei University, 50, Yonsei-ro, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul 03722, Korea

Processing Period

  • 2~3 business days from date of receipt
