The ceremony was graced by the presence of prominent figures, including Dong-sup Yoon, President of Yonsei University; Hur Dong-soo, Chairman of the University Board of Trustees; and Lee Kyoung Ryul, President of the Yonsei Alumni Association, along with faculty members, graduates, and their families.

Lee Kyoung Ryul (Medicine '79), Chairman of SCL Healthcare Group and President of the Yonsei Alumni Association, delivered a congratulatory address in which he encouraged the graduates on their future paths and reminded them of the pride and responsibility that come with being part of the Yonsei alumni community.

President Dong-sup Yoon, in his commencement address focused on the theme of ‘coexistence,’ emphasized, “The sustainable future of humanity and the Earth ultimately depends on how we coexist. Coexistence is both a core value and an educational objective at Yonsei.”

He continued, “A true elite is someone who values relationships with others as a member of the community. Yonsei graduates should be individuals who can think beyond ‘me’ and consider ‘us.’ If you become the kind of person who uplifts others in society, those same individuals will, in turn, support you in times of need.” He highlighted the importance of leading a life of mutual support and cooperation.

Following the ceremony, graduates and their families celebrated by taking commemorative photos at designated photo zones set up throughout the campus.
