2017학년도 1학기 무악2학사 신청 안내

4월초 오픈 예정이었던 무악2학사 리모델링공사가 4월 7일(금) 완공하여 4월 8일(토) 개관 예정입니다. 이에 아래와 같이 입사 신청에 관한 절차를 안내합니다.
1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법
가. 지원 자격(아래 조건이 모두 충족되어야 함)
▪ 2017-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속 여자 학부 재학생, 일반 및 전문대학원생 남녀학생
(단, 법학전문대학원 및 일반대학원 법학과 학생은 지원불가)
▪ 부와 모가 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자, 해외거주자 또는 지원자가 외국인 유학생
나. 선발 방법 : 컴퓨터 추첨으로 선발
￭ 신촌캠퍼스 생활관에 이미 선발되어 거주중인 학생은 지원대상이 아닙니다.
￭ 의료원 학과(의학, 의과학, 보건학, 치의학, 응용생명과학, 간호학과 등) 재학생은 지원 불가
￭ 국제캠퍼스, 원주캠퍼스 소속 학생은 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사 신청이 불가하오니 해당 캠퍼스
기숙사로 입사 신청을 하시기 바랍니다.

3. 온라인 신청 기간 및 방법
가. 온라인 신청 기간 : 2017. 3. 9(목) 10:00 ~ 3. 12(일) 23:00
나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing) 기숙사 신청 팝업창
다. 신청과 동시에 아래 서류를 반드시 제출하여야 합니다.
1월에 서류를 제출한 학생은 제출하지 않아도 됩니다.
4. 필수 제출 서류(인터넷 접수자 전원)
가. 제출 방법 : 등기우편접수(원본제출) 또는 생활관 업무시간 중 방문 제출(무악1학사)
일반우편물은 기간 내 도착하지 않거나 중도에 분실될 수 있으니 유의바랍니다.

나. 제출 기간 : 2017. 3. 6(월) ~ 3. 13(월) 도착분에 한하여 유효
다. 제출 서류 안내
주1) 서류 제출 시 반드시 서류 좌측 상단에 학생이름 및 학번 기재
주2) 아래 해당하는 서류를 원본으로 제출하여야 함
주3) 전 구성원의 주민등록번호 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출
주4) 제출서류 유효기간 : 제출일 기준 한달이내 발급분
주5) 허위 서류 또는 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청(선발자격)에서 제외함
￭ 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본 1부
￭ 부와 모의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우
: 부,모,학생의 주민등록등본 각1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
￭ 학생이 한부모 가정일 경우
: 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부
￭ 해외거주자
: 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족임을 확인 가능한 서류)
※ 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114
￭ 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주중일 경우
: 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
￭ 외국인 : 외국인등록증복사본(앞, 뒷면을 한 면에 복사) 또는 여권사본 1부
(외국인 등록증 및 여권사본에 한하여 e-mail제출가능 : muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)
￭ 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상
5. 입사자 발표
가. 발표일 : 2017. 3. 22(수) 17:00
나. 발표확인 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing)
6. 결핵검사
가. 입사자로 선발된 학생들은 결핵검사(흉부X선 검사) 후 의사 소견서 또는 진단서를 입사당일에
제출하여야 합니다.
나. 검사를 기피하거나 검사결과 공동생활이 불가능한 것으로 판명될 경우, 기숙사 입사를 취소하
게 됩니다. 또한 입사당일 진단서 미제출 시 입사가 불가능합니다.
다. 진단서 유효기간 : 입사일 기준 2개월 이내 검사결과만 유효함
7. 기숙사비 납부기간 : 2017. 3. 23(목) - 3. 26(일)
8. 입사일 : 2017. 4. 8(토) 10:00 ~ 18:00 (사전 입사 불가함)
9. 2017-1학기 거주기간 : 2017. 4. 8(토) 10:00 ~ 6. 22(목) 12:00

A. Eligibility : 2017-1st Graduate(Regular and Professional) and Undergraduate students
(except Law school students)
- local (exclusive of Seoul), foreign residents (based on the parents’ residence),
and foreign students
B. Selection method : Computerized Random Selection
◼ Current residents of Muak #1,3,4 and Woojungwon are inadmissible to register.
◼ Students of college of Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing & Division of
Biological and Technology, Department of public health, please contact the office
of each college.
◼ Students of International or Won-ju Campus, please follow each campus’s notice.

2. How to register

B. How : Fill out the form(pop-up) on Housing office web site

C. Submit the required documents right after submitting application.
※ Don’t need to submit below documents If you’ve already submitted it after January.

C. Required Documents
※ When submitting, please write down the student’s name & student’s ID number
or examinee’s number in the upper-left corner of each document
※ All the documents should be originals.
※ Please submit after hiding your ID code.
※ All documents must be issued within 1 month.
※ If submitted documents turned out to be fake, you’ll be ruled out of selection.
◼ In case of a domestic resident, submit a copy of Proof of residence.
◼ In case of a foreign resident, submit a copy of Proof of foreign residence of
the student and the parents
◼ In case of separate residence from parents, submit a copy of proof of residence for
parents and student and a certificate of family relation.
◼ In case parents’ residence is separate, submit a copy of proof of residence for
mother, father, and student and a certificate of family relation.
◼ In case parents live abroad and student in Korea, submit a copy of proof of
foreign residence for parents and a copy of proof of residence for student.
◼ In case of one-parent family, submit a copy of proof of residence for the parent
who lives with student and student, and a certificate of family relation
(issued under the name of the parent who lives with student.)
◼ In case of foreigners, submit a copy of Certificate for Foreigner Registration
(Copy both sides on the same page) or a copy of Proof of Foreigner Registration
(Issued by a ward office)
◼ In case of unregistered foreigners, submit a copy of your passport.
※ Only a copy of Certificate for Foreigner Registration card and a copy of passport
can be sent via e-mail. E-mail : muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr (Please write down student ID)
◼ In case of the disabled: Submit a copy of the disabled certificate
※ Notes
- All documents submitted must have been published within a month to be valid.
Missing documents will result in failure to register.
Documents sent by fax is invalid.
- The documents submitted without online registration will be ignored.
- The online registration without document submission will be ignored.
- For ‘Proof of foreign residence’ issuance, please contact Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(02-2100-2114).
4. Result Update : 2017. 3. 22(Wed) 17:00

5. Health Inspection
The students selected as the residents must have health inspection (pectoral X gland)
and then submit the health diagnosis form on the day of their check-in.
If you avoid the health inspection or are found to be ineligible for community life,
we will cancel your housing admission.
Failure to submit the health diagnosis form on the check-in day will result in demerits on
your record.
* The available period of health certificate : within 2 month from a date of issue.
6. Payment period : 2017. 3. 23(Thu) - 3. 26(Sun)
7. Check-in day : 2017. 4. 8(Sat) 10:00 ~ 18:00 (No Early check-in)
