Worship Service and Church Information
Sunday Worship Service
Sunday worship takes place at 11am at Luce Chapel; simultaneous English interpretation is available. There is also a nursery for those who wish to worship with their infant.
Sunday School Service
Sunday School takes place at 11 a.m.: Kindergarten in the Kindergarten Room at Luce Chapel, Elementary School in Wonilhan Hall 101 and Middle and High School in Wonilhan Hall B101.
College Ministry (Sinchon Campus)
A more contemporary worship, filled with praise and prayer, takes place at Luce Chapel every Sunday at 2 p.m.
College Ministry (International Campus)
Worship takes place at Christine Chapel, Songdo campus, every Sunday at 11 am. Centered on first year students, there's also lunch fellowship and group Bible study.
Wednesday Intercessory Prayer Meeting
Every Wednesday at 5 p.m. in Wonilhan Hall 101, we come together to share the word of God and pray together for the needs and concerns of the Yonsei community.
Baptism and Communion
Infant baptism, adult baptism and confirmation take place during Easter and Christmas service. Communion takes place on the first Sunday of January, Palm Sunday in April, the first Sunday of July, and World Communion Day in October.
Sunday Bible Study
Every Sunday (during term time) at 10 a.m. in Luce Chapel room 113, there is a bible study led by a theologian.
Open Lecture
On the fifth Sunday of a month with five weeks, a notable speaker is invited to speak after Sunday Service, to give a special lecture in the interest of the congregation.
Fellowship Ministries
Men’s and Women’s Ministry (65 years and older), the First Adult Ministry (60 years and older), the Second Adult Ministry (50 years and older), the First Young Adult Ministry (40 years and older), and the Second Young Adult Ministry (30 years and older, newlyweds and singles) have regular monthly meetings as well as impromptu fellowship get-togethers.
ANABADA Charity Bazaar
Since 2018, on the second Sunday of June, the ANABADA Charity Bazaar, an annual Church event since 1994, works now in concert with the Yonsei Women's Alumni Association, Yonsei alumni businesses and the Yonsei Co-op, to raise funds for those in need in our immediate community. All proceeds go to support Yonsei student lunch program (100 students per semester), dormitory support (10 students per semester), the North Korean student club, Association of Yonsei student Christian clubs, Yonsei Missionary Kids organization, Aeranwon (a support center for unwed mothers), and surgery for children with congenital heart disease.
